Leyton Orient to get back on track

League One/Two Tips

LEYTON ORIENT v YORK CITY

Saturday 21st November 2015 – Kickoff: 1500hrs

Football – England – League Two Betting Tips

Leyton Orient have recently been handed back-to-back defeats in League Two as their push for promotion has been stalled temporarily, but they can get back on track with a win this afternoon at their Matchroom Stadium against struggling York City.

A win today for The O’s could see them cement their position in the play-off pack with only three points separating them from fourth placed Portsmouth, and despite recent defeats to Accrington Stanley and Hartlepool United while their home form has been mixed in recent weeks.

Despite a pretty steady overall home record of  4-2-2  14/7, Leyton Orient have stumbled in recent matches with a win over Notts County, draws with Wycombe Wanderers and Oxford United while also losing to Carlisle United and Accrington. Striker Jay Simpson (11 goals) looks the main danger for the hosts.

Visitors York City find themselves third from bottom in League Two having failed to win in their last eleven league games, and have also lost their last three on the trot with defeats to AFC Wimbledon, Crawley Town and Plymouth Argyle.

York haven’t fared much better on their travels either as they’ve now gone five matches without a win, and indeed, their last win on the road was a 3-0 victory at fourth from bottom Newport County way back in September.

The Minstermen’s away record stands at  1-3-4  7/11 and they’ve failed to score on their travels on four occasions already and have lost three of their last four on the road.

Leyton Orient won’t get many better chances of bouncing back with a win than today, so I’ll back them here for the win.

Pick: Leyton Orient straight win @ 1.62 Bet Victor
