Leeds United continued their mini-revival on Tuesday night when they registered another vital three points away at Reading in a slightly unexpected 2-0 win for the Yorkshire outfit.

That win handed Leeds a third success in four matches with previous wins over Bournemouth and Yorkshire rivals Huddersfield Town, and with the visit of a struggling Millwall at Elland Road this afternoon, they’ll fancy their chances of picking up further points as they look to pull themselves out of the relegation scrap going on below them.

Leeds’ form at Elland Road though has been a bit of a worry in recent weeks as they’ve suffered defeats to Fulham, Wigan Athletic and Brentford, even though they held Birmingham City to a point and beat Bournemouth. Their home record stands at  6-4-5  16/13 and they’ll be looking for further inspiration from forwards Doukara and leading goalscorer Antenucci, who were both unused substitutes at Reading in midweek.

Millwall also achieved an unlikely away win on Tuesday night when they beat Gary Rowett’s Birmingham City at St Andrews which has pulled The Lions level on points with 21st placed Brighton who are away at Sheffield Wednesday this afternoon.

However, as you’d expect, Millwall’s recent results have been all over the place with an earlier away win at Nottingham Forest which actually wasn’t entirely unexpected as Forest manager Stuart Pearce was being administered his last rites, while they’ve lost to Ipswich Town and Huddersfield Town both at the New Den.

Millwall’s away record stands at  4-5-6  12/20 and their form on the road has been very much hit-and-miss, although they’ve failed to score on five occasions to date on their travels.

I’m expecting Leeds to be the stronger of the two teams in this one, but I will take the round ball price here as I can’t completely rule out the possibility of a draw. Leeds might shade this 1-0.
