Aberdeen have a great chance of overhauling Rangers into second place on Friday night when they play host to Dundee at Pittodrie as they are currently just two points adrift of Rangers ahead of this encounter.

Visitors Dundee sit in the bottom half of the Scottish Premiership having registered four of their six wins overall at home where they’ve been pretty steady this term, but their away form has really let them down in this campaign so far.
An away record of 2-1-7 7/15 reflects the troubles they’ve had on the road this season which is largely down to their shyness in front of goal; indeed, along with Kilmarnock, they’ve score the least number of away goals in the division to date.
In addition, Dundee have lost their last four away matches on the trot with defeats at Rangers, Kilmarnock, Celtic and Partick Thistle.
