It will be worth looking at Caroline Wozniacki in WTA Copenhagen Tennis betting this week. The young Dane has won the two previous editions of this event, and is back gunning for a third title. It has been a while since we have seen Wozniacki lifting a title, and she has slipped down the world rankings to six now, and in 2012 she only has a 13-6 match record and has so far to yet win an event. But this really represents her best chance so far, as she looks to get back on top of her game. This is an event which means a lot to her, playing on her home turf and she did destroy the field here last season, winning the title without even dropping a set along the way. There have been glimpses of the strong old Wozniacki, especially in beating Serena Williams for the first time ever, the triumph coming in the quarter finals of Miami recently. Back to back titles here and a weak field should put Wozniacki in good standing.
Hopefully that semi final run in Miami will have injected a positive return to action for Wozniacki, as she heads to Copenhagen. She has had some very disappointing matches this season though, let’s not forget that, like the defeat against Ana Ivanovic at Indian Wells.
