Today’s horse racing tips from around the UK are selected from Kempton, Leicester and Lingfield.
That means that both flat and national hunt fixtures are being looked at for the midweek UK racing action.
The top race of the day is a Mares’ Chase (Listed) from Leicester. It’s that race plus five others that we examine.

KILBROOK dug out a win on his latest run, just about sticking there to his task to claim a narrow win.
That was the first time over the fences for Kilbrook, so there’s further potential to come. But this does look like a tougher assignment.
Kilbrook will also have an extra 4lb to work with to boot, so he will need to find further improvements.
MAGIC DANCER looks in good shape and on his reappearance, this season won at the first attempt over the fences.
That was at Worcester and he has been in the frame in all three follow-ups to that. He was only third at Hereford last month, but the distance may not have been right there.
CREALION needs a little revival but he is more than capable of getting ghat. He was last seen at Wincanton in December.
He was on a longer trip and his stamina was pushed to its limits there.
Last summer there were a couple of good wins for Crealion over in France. His handicap form puts him in this.
FAMILY BUSINESS is another to consider for the shortlist in this one. He’s a mother that was in good form over the fences in France last year.
Family Business comes into handicapping for the first time and is with a new yard.

ZAMBELLA looks like the obvious threat in this small field at Leicester on Wednesday.
She is sitting on a hattrick chance after sauntering to a victory at Doncaster a couple of weeks ago.
Zambella thrives in mares’ contests and won this race last year.
It’s five wins for Zmabella in mares’ chase efforts and there’s a reasonable chance that she will make it six.
MASKADA looks like being the strongest challenger to Zanbella in this contest.
She was in reasonable form over the hurdles the last term.
But Maskada has taken to the fences even better, with a place finish in all three such efforts so far.
She’s looking for that breakthrough in this sphere and will need something special to take down the favourite.
ALLAVINA had a poor chasing debut a month ago. Since that effort, she has gone away for a wind op and the tongue strap will be on for the first time.
COSTLY DIAMOND returns to the fences in this small field. There was an excellent front-running win for her at Sedgefield on her penultimate.
A fourth over the hurdles a couple of months ago was Costly Diamond’s latest effort.

SOPHOSC could be the way to go in this small field as he returns with some great form under his belt recently.
Sophosc has won three of his last five. The most recent of those was at Wolverhampton just over a couple of weeks ago.
More will be asked of Sophosc in this one as he has had an extra 8lb thrown at him.
But he was dominant at Wolverhampton and could still have room in the handicap.
TREVOLLI is expected to write in the frame as well after picking up a course and distance win on the weekend.
This is a very quick turnaround fund for the 4-year-old however. Trevolli has a 5lb penalty for Wednesday, but could still be a big, big player.
CRIMSON KING is a former course and distance winner and had a fairly productive 2021 with three wins.
There was a reasonable effort from him two weeks ago at Wolverhampton. Coming down on a trip, Crimson King is no forlorn hope.

BASS STRAIT ran in a course and distance maiden on the weekend taking a fourth-place finish.
She had to really switch and fight for a position in that one.
But that was a career-best produced by her and the handicapping move may well bring a little bit more out of her in midweek.
ROCKFIRE was last seen at Wolverhampton three weeks ago, landing a good runner-up finish in that one.
Rockfire stuck to his task very well there even though he got caught out by tactics. There’s potential there for the lightly-raced maiden.
MIDGETONAMISSION was another who was in action over the weekend and she went well too.
There was a close third-place finish from her at Kempton on a 1m trip.
Midgetonamission has now put together some good handicapping form and rates as a danger in this competitive field.

NEW SHEPARD rates as a danger in this contest after picking up a win in his final run of 20201.
That was here on a 1m trip in what was his handicap debut.
New Shepard looked comfortable in that score as well, probably getting the victory with another gear to spare if he had needed it.
New Shepard drops down a furlong for this one but looks in top shape at the moment and that may not knock him off his stride.
SYDNEY STREET is another of the big contenders in this field. On his latest run-in, December Sydney Street picked up a course and distance winner in a nursery.
He found himself in a real battle in that one but just did enough to get his nose in front.
So he has a good attitude and Sydney Street gets 7lb extra because of that win.
POET will likely go well enough again to get himself in the frame.
He is a former winner at Kempton and put in a reasonable effort at Southwell a couple of weeks ago for a third palace finish.
This distance is more in his wheelhouse so Poet could challenge.

FAMILLE ROSE was an impressive performer on her latest run, which was here at Kempton a month ago.
She was third in a handicap at the venue on her first run following a long break.
Famille Rose is a former course and distance winner and remains in very good heart.
EPSOM FAITHFULL looks like being a contender in this fixture as well. He needs a touch of a bounceback as he hasn’t been in top form the last twice.
But this is his reappearance and can get things together fresh.
Epsom Faithful is a former course and winner and took a couple of rapid-fire wins at Goodwood and Lingfield last summer.
CRY HAVOC could be the best of the reset in this field which has lost a couple of declared runners.
While she clearly needs to find more after a very poor show at Newcastle in December, there were signs of encouragement previous to that.
