However, despite showing recent signs of a revival on the road with the results against Oxford United and Bradford City, the damage may well have been done already as The Shakers suffered a miserable 11-match run without a win on their travels beforehand.
An away record of 1-5-10 13/28 includes failing to score on seven occasions, and consists of just two clean sheets on their travels to date.
These are the sort of matches that Blackburn must win if they’re to be considered serious challengers for automatic promotion from League One.
