Botev Plovdiv hold home advantage for this 1st leg of their 2nd qualifying round tie against APOEL but the hosts will head into this clash looking to snap a three-match winless run in all competitions following a 0-0 draw with Yantra in a pre-season friendly, along with back to back losses to Hebar and Botev Vratsa in the Biulgarian domestic top flight.
