Football – England – National League Betting Tips

Ebbsfleet United return to their Stonebridge Road ground for Tuesday night’s encounter with bottom half outfit Woking, as the hosts search to record a third consecutive win in the National League which could lift them within striking distance of the play-off pack.

Recent back-to-back wins over Solihull Moors at home and a 2-1 win away at Halifax on the weekend ended a run of three league matches without a win, and ‘Fleet will be fired up to take all three points on Tuesday night, as well as looking to improve upon a home record which stands at  8-5-4  25/17.

In addition to keeping seven clean sheets on home turf, Ebbsfleet have various attacking outlets at their disposal including experienced striker, Kedwell (11 goals), supported by midfielders Powell (9 goals) along with Drury and Weston (4 goals apiece).

Woking have produced mixed results in recent weeks, as they’ve registered wins over Fylde and Chester, but these have been offset by defeats to Solihull Moors and Hartlepool United, and while things seem to be going okay at their Kingfield Stadium, poor results away from home have been undoing their good work.

The Cards are without an away win from their last nine trips, while their overall record on their travels stands at a poor  3-3-10 17/31 and only the bottom two clubs, Torquay United (33) and Guiseley (41), have conceded more goals than Woking away from home this season.

Indeed, Woking have kept just two clean sheets on the road all season, and have failed to score on give occasions. Perhaps more damning though, is the fact that they’ve conceded two goals or more in 10 of their 16 away matches to date.
