With 13 points separating them from 16th placed Ceara and safety with just 11 matches remaining of the season, Parana’s fate looks virtually sealed. An extremely poor away record this season also doesn’t fill me with any confidence that the visitors can even get a point here.
Parana’s away record stands at a woeful 0-1-12 2/22 which includes 11 away defeats on the trot as well as failing to score in each of their last 10 on the road too. At this level, Parana have failed to win any of their last 26 matches on their travels, losing 24 of these.
This must surely be a nailed on home win here for Fluminense and my betting tips also suggest the hosts will cover the asian line too.
