Czech Liga Betting at Marathonbet

Jablonec Prediction

Following recent back-to-back defeats away from home at Mlada Boleslav and Viktoria Plzen respectively and both in 1-0 losses, Jablonec will no doubt be looking forward to returning to their Stadion St?elnice where results have been more positive for the hosts this season.

Jablonec have managed just one win from their last six matches overall in the Czech Liga which, ironically, was a 2-1 win away at Sigma Olomouc, but at home, they’ve posted a record so far this season of 6-2-3 22/11 which has helped them into 5th place and a position in the Championship Round.

The hosts have lost just once in their last seven matches on home soil which was a 2-0 defeat to Czech Liga leaders, Slavia Prague, but wins against 2nd placed Viktoria Plzen 3-0, Slovacko 2-0, Bohemians 3-1 and 4th placed Zlin 4-0 should give Jablonec plenty of reasons to believe in another win on Friday night.

Striker Dolezal (9 goals) and midfielder Travnik (8 goals) look the most likely for Jablonec on Friday night.

Key-Facts – Jablonec v Teplice

  • Jablonec have lost just 1 of their last 7 home matches in the Czech Liga
  • Teplice have won just 1 of their last 4 away from home in the Czech Liga
  • Teplice have kept just 2 clean sheets on the road all season

Teplice Prediction

Visitors Teplice sit in 9th place and occupy one of the Europa League play-off spots as they prepare for their trip to face a solid Jablonec outfit in their own backyard, although recent results have produced a mixed return for Teplice.

Wins against Zlin and Opava have been offset by defeats to Slavia Prague and Mlada Boleslav, while their away record stands at a rather ordinary looking 3-4-5 11/14 and includes just one away win from their last four matches on their travels.

That victory came in a 1-0 win at Sparta Prague but an additional defeat to Dukla Prague has checked Teplice’s momentum and prevented the visitors from making an impact upon the top six in the Czech Liga.

The visitors have kept just two clean sheets away from home so far this season, and their defence is sure to be tested on Friday night at Jablonec, especially as the hosts will be eager to bounce back from their recent defeats.

Betting Tips Verdict

Jablonec hold a reasonable record at home and they’ll be keen to bounce back with a win on home turf on Friday night which would lift them up into 4th spot. Expect the hosts to win this one and also cover the -1 asian line too.
