Kazakhstan Prediction – Can Kazakhstan use home advantage?
Thursday night’s hosts, Kazakhstan, occupy 3rd place in Group I but find themselves a massive 8 points adrift of 2nd placed Russia who occupy the last remaining automatic qualification spot for next year’s European Championship.

However, this is pretty much where Cyprus’s successes have stopped as the visitors have also lost 3 of their 6 group matches to date with defeats to Belgium, Scotland and Russia with the latter two results being back-to-back defeats away from home.
Results away from home though have been generally poor for Cyprus as the visitors have registered just 1 win out of their last 11 matches on their travels (v San Marino) in all competitions, which includes 9 defeats and also failing to score in 6 of these 11 matches too.
