Lithuania Prediction – Can Lithuania grab first win?
It’s been a miserable Euro 2020 campaign for Monday night’s hosts, Lithuania, as they sit bottom of Group B with just 1 point to their name ahead of this difficult upcoming clash against a Serbia outfit looking to reduce the deficit on 2nd placed Portugal.
Lithuania’s point came early in the piece as they drew 1-1 at home with second from bottom Luxembourg, but an opening group loss to the same opponents away from home along with 4 subsequent defeats on the trot, have left Lithuania bottom of the pile.

Serbia head into Monday night’s important clash in Lithuania desperately needing all three points and then hoping Portugal slip up when they make the trip to face Ukraine in what could be a pivotal round of matches in Group B.
It’s been a mixed Euro 2020 campaign for Serbia so far as they’ve picked up wins against Lithuania 4-1 at home and a 3-1 win away at Luxembourg but have also suffered heavy defeats against the top two nations of this group – a 5-0 loss away at Ukraine and a 4-2 loss at home to Portugal.
All Serbia can do on Monday night is do their bit in terms of claiming all three points against a poor Lithuania outfit, and although they’ll be without Real Madrid’s Jovic, they still possess the likes of Fulham’s Mitrovic (5 goals) who will spearhead their attack.
With just 3 away wins out of their last 11 matches on their travels in European qualifiers, Serbia will be keen to prove a point here.
