Preview: Three points are imperative for Panama in their quest for automatic qualification in this Octagonal phase of CONCACAF World Cup qualifying. Should they fail earn maximum points from any of three remaining matches, they will have gone an entire Octagonal phase without winning for the first time since 1990.
