Thomas Frank’s side occupy fourth in the table as things stand, sitting two points shy of automatic promotion after losing the joint-fewest amount of games thus far.
Brentford could therefore prove awkward customers for a Tottenham side who rightly begin as favourites but have lacked the ability to win games consistently lately. Not least because the second tier outfit boast form for upsetting teams from the top-flight, eliminating all of Fulham, Newcastle, Southampton and West Brom in reaching this stage of the tournament.
