The weekend brings more UEFA Nations League action forward for today’s best acca tips.
England are back in action as they seek their first win of the campaign. The Three Lions host Italy at Wembley.
Wales are also in action for the day, while there is a clash between Ireland and Scotland to look forward to.

England v Italy: Daily Acca Football Tips
A loss to Hungary and a draw against Germany is all that England have to show so far.
A second-half Harry Kane penalty saved England in Germany, after being dominated for so much of the match.
This is their first home match of the group, can they bank the points?
It will be the first meeting between the two nations since that Euro 2020 Final at Wembley, which the Three Lions lost in a penalty shootout.
The last three meetings between the nations have all ended 1-1 at 90 minutes.
That may be something to consider.
England are undefeated in six against Italy, winning just two of those and they haven’t looked particularly good in this current international action.
Italy are currently in rebuilding mode and opened with a draw against Germany before beating Hungary.
A rebuild it is, but that doesn’t mean they won’t cause England some problems.
There is a blend of youth and experience, and they won’t be a walkover for a jaded-looking England.

One of the good things about the Nations League is that it creates competitive matches like this.
Ireland badly needed a victory having lost their first two group matches.
Those were both 1-0 losses against Armenia and Ukraine.
They look very lightweight in front of goal and not particularly in a confident mood right now.
Scotland have three points on the board after easily beating Armenia in their last fixture.
There was a draw between these two when they last met in Ireland.
Scotland’s only loss in their last six matches was that World Cup qualifier against Ukraine.
But the response to that disappointment has been decent.
The visitors look as if they carry a little bit more about them in the attack.

Wales put in a solid shift at home against the Netherlands last time out but slipped to a late defeat.
Still, it was, once again, dogged, determined from Wales, something we have come to expect.
They have posted a W2 D2 L2 record in their last six matches now.
But Wales have another tough test coming up on the weekend as they host Belgium.
The Red Devils slipped to a heavy 4-1 defeat against the Netherlands in their group opener.
They were back on song however in their second match, hammering Poland 6-1.
The head-to-head between these two is actually very interesting.
Wales are W2 D4 L1 in their last seven meetings with Belgium.
With Wales having had some tough shifts recently, the second half of this one may see Belgium put the game to bed.

The Netherlands are leading the way in their group with back-to-back wins over Belgium and Wales.
It’s been a total of six goals in their two Nations League matches as well.
The Netherlands are looking pretty good at the moment and have won four of their last six (D2).

The Netherlands are favourites for this one and that’s hard to argue against.
Poland kicked off their campaign with a win over Wales.
They had to come from behind at home against an understrength Welsh side to get that, however.
In their second match, they conceded six against a rampant Belgium.
The Netherlands have won their last two home matches against Poland.
We can only imagine that the winning streak is going to get extended in this one.

We are rounding off today’s best acca tips with a bold look at an away win for Finland.
Finland have been an improved team over the last 18 months or so and have gotten off to a good start in this Nations League campaign.
They drew at home with Bosnia-Herzegovina to start with before beating Montenegro.
Two of their last three competitive defeats have come only against world champions France.
So they aren’t in a bad place.
Romania don’t appear to be a tremendous threat though having lost their first two matches in the group.
They failed to score in either loss against Montenegro or Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Given that Finland have had their positives against that same opposition, they may be worth considering for an underdog selection.
