Skipper John Terry, who is out of contract this summer, is carrying a knock, while Chelsea will alos be without Oscar (hip), the banned Ramires and Petr Cech (shoulder).

Fulham v Crystal Palace (kick off 15:00)

Crystal Palace will be at full-strength for their trip across London to Craven Cottage. Cameron Jerome is fit again after being struck by an illness last weekend and he’ll be joined in the matchday squad by Kagiso Dikgacoi, who has successfully shaken off a minor knock.

Hull should be able to count on Allan McGregor for the final game of the season after a six-week absence due to rib and kidney issues. Paul McShane is also in contention for first time since February (ankle). DEfinite absentees are Robbie Brady and James Chester, while it is thought Curtis Davies, Nikica Jelavic and Shane Long will be rested ahead of the FA Cup Final.

Everton will be looking to end the season on a high and will be helped by the return of Steven Pienaar and Lacina Traore from injury. Gareth Barry comes back into the squad too, after being inelgible for last weekend’s game while Darron Gibson remains on the sidelines (knee).

Liverpool v Newcastle United (kick off 15:00)

Liverpool, who still have a shout of lifting the Premier League trophy, will have Jordan Henderson back after suspension. That gives Brendan Rodgers a full squad to choose from except Jose Enrique, who has a long-term knee problem.

Newcastle’s main problem surround Papiss Cisse and Ryan Taylor. Cisse underwent surgery to fix a fractured kneecap and will be out for quite some time. Taylor is back training but will be hoping for a seat on the bench at best.

Manchester City v West Ham (kick off 15:00)

The pressure is on Manchester City as they know a win secures them another Premier League title. They’ll be helped by the return of star striker Sergio Aguero. He suffered a groin strain last weekend and missed the midweek clash with Aston Villa. That gives City boss Manuel Pellegrini a full fit squad to choose from.

West Ham manager Sam Allardyce also has a full squad to pick from and if the Hammers win, it could hand Liverpool the Premier League title.

Norwich v Arsenal (kick off 15:00)

Relegation to the Championship looks certain for Norwich and they will be a without a handful of first-teamers as they attempt to salvage some pride. On-loan defender Joseph Yobo is out with a calf strain, winger Anthony Pilkington has a hip injury, while a knee problem is keeping David Fox out. Expect a few youngsters to feature in the Canaries match day squad.

In a boost to his World Cup hopes, Jack Wilshere could make his return after a recent fractured foot. Expect him to get a run out at some stage. Aaron Ramsey has shaken off his thigh problem and could be involved, along with Kieran Gibbs, who has recovered from a hamstring injury. However, long-term absentees remain Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Theo Walcott and Serge Gnabry.

Southampton v Manchester United (kick off 15:00)

Southampton are still without Jay rodriguez, Gaston Ramirez, Maya Yoshida and Kelvin Davis. Both Morgan Schneiderlin and Rickie Lambert came through training this week and should be passed fit.

Manchester United will finish their season without Phil Jones, Wayne Rooney, Rafael, Anders Lindgaard and Johnny Evans. Youngster James Wilson suffered a knock midweek but should be okay.

Sunderland v Swansea (kick off 15:00)

There’s a slight doubt about Lee Cattermole taking part due to a twisted ankle. He’ll face a fitness test on Saturday. Andrea Dossena and Ki Sung-yeung have left the club after their loans spells, while Kieren Westwood and Steven Fletcher remain sidelined.

Swansea will have to manage without injured duo Michu and Angel Rangel, but influential defender Chico Flores returns from a ban and injury.

Spurs will entertain Aston Villa without England defender Kyle Walker. He’s carrying a pelvic injury and won’t be risked ahead of the World Cup.
