Today’s football betting tips resume with the continuation of the World Cup qualifiers from the UEFA zone.

Teams are back in action looking to carve out precious points to take steps towards reaching next year’s Finals.

Among those in action on Tuesday night are Wales, and we look at their fixture against the Czech Republic and make three other picks for betting tips today.

Best Football Betting Tips Today: Wales v Czech Republic

Wales will be extremely keen to pick up maximum points from this home game on Tuesday night.

They are 15/8 to get the home success on the board after losing their opening qualifier in Belgium.

Wales are in decent shape and have won their last three home fixtures.

Two of those were in the Nations League and then a friendly on the weekend against Mexico.

The Welsh have hosted the Czech Republic twice before and both games have been 0-0 draws.

The Czech Republic have taken four points from their two opening qualifiers.

They are a quote of 31/20 to get the away win.

They put six goals past Estonia to open with before earning a very good draw at home against Belgium on the weekend.

Their away form over the last twelve months isn’t spectacular. We think that this one ends even.

Draw at 21/10

Football Betting Picks Today: Slovakia v Russia

Russia have made a steady start to World Cup qualifying, taking back to back wins over Malta and Slovenia.

Russia are 17/20 odds on to beat Slovakia on Tuesday night as well.

They have visited them twice before, taking a 0-0 draw and a 1-0 success from those trips.

In their last five games away from home, Russia are W2 D1 L2, the defeats coming in Nations League fixtures at Turkey and Serbia.

This should be a bit easier on paper.

Slovakia have drawn their opening two qualifiers, frankly disappointing results for them against Cyprus and Malta.

They are 15/4 underdogs, even with home soil advantage.

Their only success in their last six games was a 1-0 win over Scotland in the Nations League.

We don’t see them having enough to trouble the visitors.

Football Betting Tips for Today: Montenegro v Norway

We are looking at another qualifier here and it could be a tricky one for Norway, who are favourites.

Norway are 4/6 odds on to get the better of Montenegro on Tuesday night.

The Norwegians opened their qualifiers with a comfortable and straightforward win at Gibraltar.

But then there was a set back on home turf for them as they lost heavily against Turkey.

Now moving on to face Montenegro on Tuesday away from home, that puts a bit of pressure back on them.

That’s because their opponents are on a three-match winning streak and unbeaten in five.

Montenegro have opened with back to back wins on the road to the World Cup, getting the better of Latvia and Gibraltar.

They did also win their one previous home game against Norway, a 3-1 success in a 2008 friendly.

They had a good Nations League and have lost only one of their last ten fixtures, home and away.

Montenegro may be able to stick in there and avoid defeat.

Draw at 13/5

Online Betting Football Tip: Cyprus v Slovenia

This is the final game that we are looking at for today’s football betting tips. Cyprus are 9/2 for the home win.

They have taken one point from their two qualifiers so far. That came from a 0-0 home draw with Slovakia.

Cyprus then suffered a 1-0 away defeat at Croatia to follow up.

Cyprus did win their last home game against Slovenia, taking a 2-1 victory which leaves them at W2 L2 in their last four home fixtures against this opponent.

Slovenia picked up a big three points in their opening qualification game, taking a 1-0 home success over Croatia.

They couldn’t build on that as they lost narrowly away at Russia in their second fixture.

But they have been in good form, that defeat by Russia their only loss in their last six fixtures, winning half of those.

Slovenia should have enough to bring home the points.

Slovenia to win at 8/13
