Today’s horse racing tips for Tuesdays are from Yarmouth, Newcastle and Exeter. So there’s a good mix of action.

There are selections from both the flat and the jumps for the day, and it is mostly lower-class fixtures, with the highest being a Class 2 from Newcastle.

This is a big wide open contest to kick off horse racing betting today.

GLENEAGLET has some appeal after a reappearance run. That wasn’t anything more productive than getting some air in her lungs. Gleneaglet comes up on a trip and should be a player.

ATACAMENA is more than capable, despite still being a maiden. She has finished runner up in four of her last six efforts, including one at Kempton two weeks ago.

GLEN ESK has produced some winning form this year, winning three of six. The latest of those successes happened in August at Windsor. He should be in the frame after having had his sights lowered.

WOW WILLIAM may not be far away with Ryan Moore on his back. He took a credible second in a 14-runner handicap at Ffos Las three weeks ago.

There are plenty with claims in this contest as well and one of them is CAPTAIN VALLO. That’s because he scored recently at course and distance.

There’s no additional penalty for him to deal with after that apprentice victory, so he should bring strong claims to the table on a return.

GIOGIOBBO has been in decent form this year and is capable of going strongly at Newcastle.

He has won three times this year. Giogiobbo returns from a break of 40 days, as he looks for his fourth win this year.

The other for the shortlist is EQUIANO SPRINGS who comes up 3lb after a score at Newmarket a month ago.

That saw him return to top form and he could be worth chanving again. Equiano Springs thrives at Newcastle having won here five times before.

This is the top race of the day and each of the runners in this small field brings some claims to the table.

SAM MAXIMUS should get plenty of support for horse racing betting, which is reasonable having been tested in Group company recently.

He was last seen in the Round Tower Stakes at the Curragh 53 days ago. Back in June, Sam Maximus put a win on the board at Haydock.

He’s been running at higher levels than this so the lowering of sights should put him in this.

CANONIZED also rates a huge danger in this one after returning to form.

She scored with great aplomb at York 12 days ago in Listed company. So anything like a repeat of form should get her close on her tapeta debut.

ELDRICKJONES also makes his tapeta debut on Tuesday. He wasn’t quite on his game in a minor event at Nottingham two weeks ago.

That had followed a victory at Pontefract for him, so he is not to be dismissed.

AN TAILLIUR carries the pick of the form in this one. He has won all four runs since his reappearance.

The latest of those was in a Warwick handicap hurdle, which was fresh after a 4-month break.

An Tailliur looks to have a lot still to improve as well, so there should be plenty more to come. This is a further trip and he looks tough to beat.

KHAN returned to form nicely on his latest when delivering a win at Huntingdon earlier this month. That’s two wins in his last four and with his yard in form, should go strongly on Tuesday.

The other for this shortlist is STORY OF FRIENDS. He comes down 3lb and should be sharper for a recent run. S

tory Of Friends had a break of 11 weeks following a wind op and was sixth on his return at Worcester a month ago.

GLENO has a good record from fresh so he has to be considered in this small field as a horse racing tip.

He returns to action after a break since scoring at Chepstow at this distance in April. He was thriving in the spring and needs to be respected.

WHAT’S OCCURRING took a tumble at Southwell three months ago on a handicap chase.

But he was going well in the contest on what was his first try at 3m. What’s Occurring has a good record fresh, having won twice before on reappearances.

LARKBARROW LAD was fifth on his latest run, which was at Market Rasen back in May.

It wasn’t the greatest of efforts. But he has run well from fresh before and has the ability, even though he is hit and miss.

PENS MAN has landed back to back wins and with the cheekpieces back on, warrants some big respect for Tuesday.

The point winner has pushed on to win both chase starts, the most recent of those coming at Warwick a month ago.

POINTED AND SHARP was going well at Stratford in August on his latest effort, before taking a tumble. He should rate a danger for this one.

CASPERS COURT takes on the fences for the fourth time and looks to have more to offer in this sphere.

This is his first go after a fall at Chepstow at this distance in April. Caspers Court did win over the hurdles here last season.
