Nathan Jones’ Luton Town have made a steady start to their Championship season. So far, the Hatters, who finished 12th last term, have taken nine points after two wins, two defeats and three draws.
After falling to a shock 5-0 home defeat to Lee Bowyer’s Birmingham City last month, Luton have responded with three consecutive draws. After a 0-0 home stalemate against Sheffield United, Town have battled to away draws at Blackburn Rovers and Bristol City.
Luton have not won since an early Amari Bell goal gave them a 1-0 victory over Barnsley at Oakwell on 17th August. Since then, the Hatters have taken just one point from a possible 12. Town could do with maximum points here.
Swansea City Preview – Swans’ winless run to continue?
Russel Martin has had a tough time at Swansea City since taking over in the summer. Several of their top stars have moved on, and building on Steve Cooper’s success will take some doing.
The Swans are languishing down in 20th place after a sluggish start, winning only one of their opening seven league games. Since a 1-0 victory over Bristol City at Ashton Gate, the Welsh side have taken just two points from their following three games. However, they have drawn their last two.

After drawing two blanks at home to Hull City and Millwall, the Swans will have been working hard on their attacking play in training. So far, no team have scored fewer Championship goals this season. Swansea head to Luton as the 14/5 underdogs.
