Watford missed out on the Championship title after last weekend’s results, but the Hornets have secured promotion back to the Premier League at the first time of asking. Xisco Munoz has done an exceptional job since arriving, taking Watford to 88 points.
Watford’s 2-0 loss at Brentford last weekend was only their fifth Championship reverse under Munoz. The Hornets have won 11 of 12 home league matches under their new boss. In fact, the Hertfordshire club have the best home record in the division by far, accumulating a staggering 56 points on their own patch.
Having won eight in a row at home since a rare defeat to Queens Park Rangers in February, Watford will want to finish their season with a ninth consecutive home victory here.

Swansea City have had another superb season in the Championship, with the popular Steve Cooper guiding the Welsh club to the play-offs for the second season running. Although their automatic promotion bid come up short, finishing in the top six would have been the priority.
City are in patchy form, with last Saturday’s 2-1 home win over relegation-threatened Derby County ending a run of three without victory (two draws, one defeat). Swansea have been good on the road of late, though, taking seven points from their last three away matches.

Swansea will play either Barnsley or Bournemouth in the end-of-season lottery known as the play-offs. They will be hoping to end their season in fourth, two places higher than last term.
