In addition, Burnley have picked up points in draws with Wolves, Brighton and Aston Villa which were all away from home, so Burnley will be confident they can extend their unbeaten run to 4 matches at Turf Moor this Saturday.
Forwards Barnes (4 goals) and Wood (3 goals) have got amongst the goals early on this season and they could cause Everton some serious problems this afternoon.
Everton Prediction – Can Everton avoid fourth defeat on trot?
If Everton and manager, Marco Silva, had dreams and designs of turning Everton into serious challengers for the top six in the Premier League, then they are poles apart form reality right now as The Toffees occupy a disappointing 15th place on the Premier League ladder and just 2 points above the relegation zone.
Everton’s plight hasn’t been helped by their recent 3-match losing streak which has seen the visitors suffer defeats to Bournemouth, Sheffield United and Manchester City, the latter two losses being on home turf at Goodison Park.
