Brighton Preview – Can Brighton pick up second away win?
After suffering an opening day 3-1 defeat at home to Chelsea, Brighton had seemed to click into gear as the south coast club registered three wins on the trot in all competitions with The Seagulls beating League One side, Portsmouth and Championship outfit, Preston North End, in the League Cup, with a resounding 3-0 win away from home at Newcastle United in between.
However, Brighton then had the misfortune to meet Manchester United in not only the league but also the League Cup which ended in 3-2 and 3-0 defeats respectively for the south coast side, and both at their AMEX Stadium.
Brighton may not be overly worried therefore that they have to hit the road again this Saturday, especially as The Seagulls are unbeaten in their last eight matches on the road in the Premier League but this upcoming clash against an in-form Everton side may be their toughest test yet this season.
