This weekend sees the return of the Premier League following a brief hiatus due to the international break, but we’re back in full swing on Saturday with Manchester United taking on Leicester City as the betting tips continue at Old Trafford.
Manchester United Prediction – Can Manchester Utd make fresh start?
Saturday’s hosts, Manchester United, ended the first phase of the new Premier League season without a win from their last 3 matches in the top flight prior to the international break which included disappointing draws with Wolves and Southampton, both away from home and both resulting in 1-1 stalemates.

Whilst Manchester United were relieved to be heading into the international break, Saturday’s visitors, Leicester City, would have wanted to carry on as The Foxes had just completed back-to-back wins against newly promoted Sheffield United 2-1 away from home, along with a esounding 3-1 victory against Bournemouth at their King Power Stadium.
Under manager, Brendan Rodgers, ironically known for being a meticulous tactician and tactics within a strict and rigid framework, Leicester have once again become a team to be feared from their Ranieri days, and one of the differences in stark contrast to the Puel era is that striker, Jamie Vardy, is banging in the goals again.
Vardy has notched 3 goals already in this new campaign in the first 4 matches of the season and it’s no coincidence that Leicester City also remain unbeaten so far this term, having drawn with Wolves and Chelsea, before the aforementioned wins over Sheffield United and Bournemouth.
Vardy also has ammunition provided by the creativity of midfielder Maddison and the pinpoint accuracy of crosses delivered out wide from Albrighton to feast upon, and this could spell trouble for Manchester United on Saturday afternoon.
