Football – England – Premier League Betting Tips

West Ham will be desperate for a change of fortunes when Friday night football returns in the Premier League as they take on Leicester City at the London Stadium with West Ham now sitting in the relegation zone.

Well, it finally happened, with former manager, Slaven Bilic being shown the door after a sequence of poor results, but what do the hierarchy at the London club do? They appoint David Moyes who guided Sunderland to relegation from the English top flight at the end of last season, as their new manager.

Moyes’s credibility has long since flown out the window, and he looks set for further embarrassment as West Ham slumped to a fifth game without a win in his first game in charge which ended up in a 2-0 defeat away at Watford. Another loss this evening will get the crowd on his and his players backs, as I just can’t see how Moyes is a better solution than Bilic. The Hammers have lost three of their last four at home, and possess an average home record of  2-0-3  6/10.

Visitors Leicester City sit just below mid table in the Premier League following last weekend’s 2-0 defeat at home to Manchester City, but they’ll certainly take heart from West Ham’s current plight as well as previously putting together a five match run without defeat prior to last week’s loss.

The Foxes are also unbeaten in their last four on the road too as they’ve taken points on the road at Huddersfield Town, Bournemouth and Stoke City along with a precious three points in a 2-1 win at beleaguered Swansea City.

Leicester’s away record reads an ordinary looking  1-3-2  8/10 but this can be improved upon this evening, especially as they’re unbeaten in their last six meetings with West Ham in all competitions.
