Wolves Preview – Can Wolves halt slump?
Wolves were handed a 1-0 defeat away from home at Leicester City on the opening day of the Premier League season last weekend which became their fourth league defeat on the trot as the west midlands club continued their hangover from the end of last season, losing to Tottenham, Everton and Manchester United respectively.
The hosts will be facing former manager, Nuno Espirito Santo so they’ll need no extra motivation for this clash but Wolves have failed to score in three of these four matches while also picking up jus one win from their last seven games overall.

Tottenham began their Premier League season with a bang by recording a 1-0 home win over the current title-holders, Manchester City, and they’ll fancy their chances of picking up back-to-back wins on Sunday when they travel to the west midlands to face Wolves.
Spurs have now won five of their last seven games in the top flight which includes previous victories over Southampton, Sheffield United, Wolves and Leicester City, but the north London club will need to improve upon results on the road this season.
Tottenham have won just three of their last 10 games on their travels but they hold a reasonable record against Wolves and even if Harry Kane doesn’t make the squad for this clash, Son still poses a serious threat in front of goal.
