Next Conservative Party Leader Betting Odds

That leaves a new race for leadership. This is an election for the new Conservative party leader.

Anyone who wants to get in the race has to get the backing of at least 8 Conservative MPs.

Once the final list has been declared, rounds of voting will happen until the field is whittled down to two.

At that stage, all Conservative Party members get to vote.

The winner of the race to be the next Conservative PM will then become the new Prime Minister. They will be asked by the Queen to form the government.
