However, despite sitting at the top of the group, things have far from gone all Liverpool’s way to date as The Reds have registered wins over PSG 3-2 and Crvena Zvezda 4-0 both at Anfield, but have lost both of their away matches so far with losses at Napoli and Crvena Zvezda.
Liverpool have now lost their last four away matches in the Champions League, and they need to at least avoid defeat in Paris this evening if they’re to keep their ambitions of progressing through to the knockout rounds on track.
The visitors also possess a world class attacking trio of Salah (7 goals), Mane (6 goals) and Firmino (3 goals), so this clash should be an entertaining affair.
