German side Borussia Monchengladbach have two points from a possible six in Group B, a relatively modest return considering upcoming opponents Shakhtar Donetsk sit atop the section having collected twice as many points from the same fixtures. Results can sometimes be misleading, though, and this has certainly been true of The Foals whose early performances have arguably warranted a lot more.

Leading 2-1 away to Inter Milan, and on course to register a famous win inside the San Siro, the Germans were pegged back to 2-2 in the closing moments.
