It has been great form from Aston Villa recently with a three-match winning sequence going, thanks to a brilliant 4-1 home win over league leaders Wolves on the weekend. So that is eleven goals fired off now in their last three games in the league. Their home form is bang on point with a ten-match unbeaten streak of form going, having scored in each of their last seven there. Overall their record at Villa Park is W11 D6 L1 for the Championship season and they have won five of their last six at home, only a recent draw against Preston stopping their big streak. The Villains haven’t quite made it to an average of two goals per game at home but are close to that. At the back, they have conceded an average of under a goal per game.
