Premier League Matchday 7: Best Betting Football Tips

Manchester United vs. Everton: EPL Betting Tip

The Premier League weekend gets up and running with an intriguing fixture between Man United and Everton at Old Trafford on Saturday. The Red Devils will be eager to bounce back from last weekend’s shock home defeat to Aston Villa.

Man United went five league games unbeaten at the start of this season, winning four and drawing one. However, they suffered their first Premier League loss of the campaign last weekend, shipping late to lose 1-0 at home to Aston Villa. Can they bounce back with a big three points for their home fans on Saturday?

Our betting prediction:
Both teams to score
4/5

Everton have made an excellent start to their season under Rafa Benitez. After six Premier League games, the Toffees are flying high in fifth after four wins, a draw and a defeat. Last time out, Everton beat Norwich City 2-0 at Goodison Park.

Apart from a poor evening at Villa Park, Everton have looked tough to beat under Rafa so far. We are backing the Merseysiders to leave Manchester with a point on Saturday. The draw and both teams to score is nicely priced at 9/2.

Brighton & Hove Albion vs. Arsenal: Best Premier League Betting Predictions

Two form sides clash at the Amex Stadium on Saturday evening as Brighton host Arsenal. The high-flying Seagulls have been the surprise package in the Premier League so far, while the Gunners have responded superbly after a woeful start. Which way will this one go at the Amex?

Brighton have picked up four wins from their opening six Premier League matches. Overall this term, Albion have won six of eight in all competitions. Last time out, Neal Maupay’s last-gasp goal earned Brighton a 1-1 draw at rivals Crystal Palace.

Arsenal kicked off their league season with defeats to Brentford, Chelsea and Man City. They went into the September break at the foot of the Premier League table. Mikel Arteta’s troops have hit back in style since, though, securing successive league wins over Norwich, Burnley and Tottenham. The Londoners are now in mid-table.

Arsenal did the double over Brighton last season, winning 1-0 at the Amex. This could be another close one, so take a punt on the Gunners to win by one goal again, which is nicely priced at 3/1.

Brighton & Hove Albion 39/20

Tottenham Hotspur vs. Aston Villa: EPL Betting Odds & Predictions

On Sunday afternoon, Nuno Espirito Santo’s Tottenham and Dean Smith’s Aston Villa meet in an intriguing Premier League fixture at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. After three league losses on the spin, no less than three points with do for Spurs.

Tottenham were sitting proudly at the top during the last international break, but they have been in terrible form since returning to action. After back-to-back 3-0 defeats to Crystal Palace and Chelsea, they were embarrassed by Arsenal in the north London derby last weekend, crashing to a 3-1 defeat at the Emirates Stadium.

Aston Villa had a fine season last time around, and the Villans have made a solid start to this one. Villa are in good form, winning three of their past five in the league. After a 3-0 home victory over Everton, the Midlands outfit picked up a memorable 1-0 win at Old Trafford last Saturday.

Villa are in high spirits, but Tottenham will be desperate for maximum points in front of their home supporters on Sunday. There is excellent value in 3/1 for the home win and both teams to score.

Tottenham Hotspur 57/50
Draw 49/20
Aston Villa 5/2

Liverpool vs. Manchester City: Best Premier League Betting Tips on Matchday 7

The final Premier League game before the international break will be worth the wait, as giants Liverpool and Man City do battle at Anfield on Sunday afternoon. Both teams will be gunning for all three points in this juggernaut clash.

Liverpool are top at present after collecting 14 points from a possible 18. The Reds were held to a frustrating draw by Brentford last weekend, but Jurgen Klopp’s boys bounced back with a thumping 5-1 away win in Porto in the UEFA Champions League in midweek.

Man City lost their big European game with Paris Saint-Germain, though they did manage to beat Chelsea at Stamford Bridge in their previous Premier League outing. The champions have not been at their sizzling best so far this season, but they could still be top of the table come Sunday night.

This heavyweight clash at Anfield could go either way. The pair might cancel each other out, but we fancy Liverpool to pinch the points on their own patch. The home victory is available at 39/20.
