Dream Of Dreams the 7/2 FAV in Royal Ascot Golden Jubilee Stakes Odds

DREAM OF DREAMS is the current 7/2 favourite in Diamond Jubilee Stakes odds* (odds recorded at 21:09 GMT on April 27th, 2021 at Coral).

He arrives in winning form after claiming a rather facile success at Windsor last time out. That was in a Listed contest 33 days ago.

In 2019 Dream of Dreams took the second spot in the Diamond Jubilee Stakes, and produced the same result in last year’s renewal.

It’s hard to imagine him not being in the frame in one way or another.

STARMAN
5/1

Starman could be the one to beat

There is a big challenge expected from STARMAN who took on the Champion Stakes Sprint at Ascot last year and didn’t get it together.

That has been the only defeat in his five career races so far. Starman has had a winning reappearance under his belt.

That was in the Clipper Logistics Stakes at York last month. Form from that has been franked with Oxted, who was third, won the King’s Stand here at Royal Ascot on Tuesday.

Starman is the least exposed of all these, but looks very good and is likely to be the one to beat. Starman lines up as a 5/1 shot* (odds recorded at 21:09 GMT on April 27th, 2021 at Coral).

Nahaarr firmly on the shortlist

Another big player to slap on the shortlist for Diamond Jubilee Stakes odds is NAHAAR. He is in at a quote of 4/1* (odds recorded at 21:09 GMT on April 27th, 2021 at Coral).

He was the winner of the Ayr Gold Cup on his final run of the previous campaign. He looked even better this season, taking his form to the next level last time out.

Nahaarr battled hard in the Duke Of York Stakes on his latest run, missing out in that one by just a neck to the re-opposing Starman.

Glen Shiel brings C&D form

There was a fourth-place finish at the Curragh for GLEN SHIEL on his reappearance a month ago.

He looked a little bit like he needed that outing and so is likely to be sharper for it.

Glen Shiel was a five-time winner last year and one of those was a course and distance win in the Champions Sprint.

Glen Shiel is a 7/1 quote in Diamond Jubilee Stakes* (odds recorded at 21:09 GMT on April 27th, 2021 at Coral).

He has his work cut out for him in a strong, competitive field but place claims are not unreasonable.

Can Royal Commando back up his form?

ROYAL COMMANDO arrives on the back of a score last time out. That happened in a listed event at Doncaster on his reappearance.

It was a fine victory as well, secured by almost two lengths over the competitive Emaraaty Ana. The victory saw Royal Commando shake off his previous form.

This is a much tougher assignment and he needs to prove that he can make progress after that win.

Royal Commando makes a decent 28/1 each-way punt in Diamond Jubilee Stakes odds* (odds recorded at 21:09 GMT on April 27th, 2021 at Coral).

Others to note

ART POWER had a very good 2020 campaign with victories in the Sprint Cup and Champions sprint.

He hasn’t been able to back that up with a similar form since however and was well beaten by Starman in the Duke Of York Stakes last time out.

The experienced SUMMERGHAND may feature for a place contest. He did very well to take fourth to Starman in the Duke of York Stakes on his latest effort. That saw him miss a hattrick after scoring twice already this year.

VENTURA REBEL is one to watch in the market. He wasn’t as far out of his depth at the Duke Of York Stakes than expected, taking a very credible fifth. Ventura Rebel enjoys a run at Ascot and place claims aren’t unreasonable.

Predictions & Tips for Royal Ascot Golden Jubilee Stakes Racing Odds

Our horse racing tip for the Diamond Jubilee Stakes odds is STARMAN at 5/1* (odds recorded at 21:09 GMT on April 27th, 2021 at Coral).

It’s been a fine progressive career from him so far and looked back on his game in winning the Duke Of York Stakes. He handled himself against Nahaarr superbly.

We expect NAHAARR to be right there as well who has looked like a high-class sprinter on his return to action this season.

Rounding out the shortlist, we are going to DREAM OF DREAMS who looks threatening with three wins in his last four.

He has knocked on the door twice in this race and should know what to do by now.
