TIRITOMBA, a 3 year old filly is heading up the market in this one at a 7/4 quote currently* (betting odds taken from William Hill at 20:22 GMT on Thursday, 16th July 2020). She looks to be knocking on the door of her first win.
After a 204 day break she had a reappearance in mid-June at Ascot. That was in the Sandringham Stakes on the straight at Royal Ascot and she took a fourth place finish there.
That was from a whopping 100/1 SP as well and Tiritomba was only two and three-quarter lengths short of winner Onassis. Certainly with some strong claims.
Cloud Drift carrying decent form
CLOUD DRIFT tried to launch a really bold effort at Doncaster on a one mile trip last time out. He didn’t get the rewards for taking the race on there, ending up in fifth place.
But regardless of the position, he went well and was less than a length behind the winner.
He has, however, won before, having landed a score at Nottingham in August last year. Cloud Drift looks to be in decent enough shape to feature at the business end.
