Robin Deux Pois
The mare struck a fantastic win as the 4/6 favourite at Newcastle on her last trip. That was at a distance which gives her wonderful claims here. The eight-year-old took the win by almost two lengths over Solid Strike on soft ground. So conditions will suit as well for the Gordon Eliott-trained charge.

The Trigger
A busy time for The Trigger who was just out at Downpatrick on the weekend. He was beaten by a head off the same mark as the favourite in that fixture. If he continues the form then he should be in the picture here. He won’t be winning out of turn if he does it.

Krisquin
Krisquin stuck a win on his last run, earning a nine length win over Bridge Native. That was from a 12/1 price at a 2m 5f distance. So the Shane Nolan-trained Kisquin has a shot in this one. That victory shook off some very indifferent form that the nine-year-old had put together. He’s a reserve but could challenge if he gets a spot.
West Is Best
West Is Best is looking to rediscover a bit of winning form. He did put in a good run at course and distance in heavy going earlier this month. West Is Best took a third-place finish on the day behind Misty Adage. But it was a solid run from the seven-year-old.

Dubai Devils
Dubai Devils is an interesting entry here. He signed off for last season with a victory at Fairyhouse over a 2m 7f trip. He reappeared in early March with a run at Leopardstown and put in a respectable fourth-place finish in a chase.
This is going to be a test for him in the conditions, but on the back of an encouraging run and at 15/2* (betting odds taken from William Hill at 16:40 GMT on Monday 23rd March 2020) Dubai Devils is not to be totally written off from challenging for the places.
Worthy Mentions
Reserve ENDURING LOVE collected a win at 16/1 in a Limerick chase over a 3m distance earlier this month. He also struck a win at Fairyhouse in November and that score at Limerick sees him back in form. Has taken on weight but a contender if he brings form.
In the last three runs by MISTY ADAGE has taken, she has taken a win and two-place finishes. So there has been consistent form from her, but she was well beaten in each of those. She does bring course and distance win claims with her too and not a bad outside option at all.
Another course and distance winner is the HIGHEST BENEFIT. He put in a very respectable fourth-place finish at 11/1 in a field of sixteen at Leopardstown earlier this month. That was in soft conditions on a 3m trip. The eleven-year-old has won three of his five trips.
Predictions & Tips
On the form, THE TRIGGER would be the one to beat. This is a very quick turnaround for him however as he just failed to make up enough ground on Golden Sunset at Downpatrick on the weekend. If this isn’t too soon for him, he should be there or thereabouts.
But ROBIN DEUZ POIS brings more appeal after a very good score on just a second run for Gorden Elliot. There was enough there to suggest that there could be more to come for him.
There a couple of longer priced options that we like in MISTY ADAGE and HIGHEST BENEFIT, both of which have scored at course and distance before. The former looks competitive and has every chance of making a challenge.
