Glorious Goodwood tips are once again the focus of our daily racing tips as it’s all eyes on the festival.
Tuesday provided some thrilling moments, none bigger than the Goodwood Cup duel between Kyprios and Stradivarius.
The pick of Wednesday’s racing tips is the Sussex Stakes which sees the brilliant BAAEED bid to extend his unbeaten streak.
So here are the best of Glorious Goodwood tips for Wednesday 27th July 2022.

SECRET STATE is an obvious contender in this one after completing a hattrick last time out.
That winning sequence was secured with a score in the King George V Handicap at Royal Ascot.
That was the first time at this distance and Secret State looked impressive. Form from it has been franked and he is the one to beat.
SOULCOMBE has been on the up as of late and is seeking a hattrick on Wednesday.
Those wins were recorded at Haydock and then Ascot, the latter under Cieren Fallon who is in the saddle in midweek.
This is a big jump up in class now for Soulcombe, but he looks the part and can bring a challenge to the table.
MUGADER is on the shortlist as he got off the mark having been moved up to a similar distance last time out.
That was at Doncaster last month. He gets a 7lb rise, which appears fair enough given the way that he won.
Mugader could have plenty more to offer at this distance so isn’t to be written out of the running.

HEREDIA is leading the market at the moment as she looks to get back to winning ways immediately.
She lost her winning streak on her fifth appearance when she was a little below par in an effort at Sandown.
But given the hot form before that, it is too soon to be writing Heredia off. Last June she claimed the Sandringham at Royal Ascot.
SAMAHRAM is in the frame as well coming over from France, having taken two wins in three efforts.
French fillies have a decent recent record in this, so she is on the radar.
Samahram won at Longchamp in a Listed run last month, digging in there just about at 1m. So the drop in trip is likely to boost her claims in midweek.
OSCULA can’t be underestimated either who won at Carlisle last month, getting off the mark in Listed company.
It’s been three place finishes by Oscula since then. She was only narrowly touched off by a nose at Ascot over the weekend in a Group 3.
We have to look at SOFT WHISPER too who should be a big player in this one. She is thriving right now, going in search of a hattrick.
The draw isn’t great for her on Wednesday, so she will have work to do.
Getting to the front and bossing it is going to be the challenge from there.

ROCKET RODNEY is one of the leading contenders in this year’s renewal of the Molecomb Stakes.
It’s been a fine juvenile season for him, winning two of four runs. One of those was a course and distance novice.
An impressive run at Royal Ascot on his penultimate was followed by a Listed win at Sandown on his last outing. Rocket Rodney should be in the frame.
WALBANK is another to consider for the shortlist in this contest after going close in the Norfolk Stakes at Royal Ascot.
He showed a great attitude to take the runners-up spot after stumbling at the start. There could be plenty more to come from Walbank.
EDDIE’S BOY fills out the shortlist as his big claims come from winning the Super Sprint 11 days ago.
He was allowed to do what he wanted in that one, dictating the race.
That’s two wins in five appearances and he was also an impressive place finisher on his penultimate in the Windsor Castle.

BAAEED is the one to beat in the Sussex Stakes renewal on Wednesday without any question.
His long odds-on quote pushes him out of the picture in betting terms. Baaeed is eight wins from eight in his career now.
He just doesn’t look like slowing up anytime soon. This season it’s been back-to-back wins in the Lockinge and then the Queen Anne at Royal Ascot.
This race may be a foregone conclusion if Baaeed is anywhere near his best, leaving the forecast approach the best option.
ALCOHOL FREE won last year’s renewal of the Sussex Stakes and is worth a look to follow home the favourite this time around.
She rediscovered top form last time out when she landed the Group 1 July Cup at Newmarket three weeks ago.
That was the fourth Group 1 of her career, but she’s been beaten handily by Baaeed before and that will likely be the case again.
ORDER OF AUSTRALIA was well down on Baaeed in the Queen Anne but had a shot at the places on Wednesday.
He’s not likely to turn the tables on the favourite but can give Alcohol Free a run for her money.
Order Of Australia arrived after a Group 2 score at the Curragh 10 days ago.

NATASHA is expected to come on from a third-place finish on her handicap debut a couple of weeks ago.
She had a great season as a juvenile the last term, winning a couple of efforts, before being pitched in a Group 1 that was too much for her.
A positive start to the handicapping puts her in the frame, as she’s entitled to improve from that debut.
SEA SPEEDWELL stepped onto the turf for the first time on her latest run and did a good job.
It was a second-place finish by her at Leicester. Sea Speedwell moves into her handicap debut on Wednesday with a lot of promise.
MYRISTICA fills out the shortlist in this fillies’ handicap as she looks to get back to winning ways.
It’s been a good season for her, and she only just missed out on a hattrick last time out.
Wins at Ripon and Beverley were followed by a runners-up spot back at Ripon three weeks ago.

THE PLATINUM QUEEN has won two of three efforts. Victories at Ripon and in class 2 at York puts her in a good light.
Sandwiched between those two efforts was a credible effort by The Platinum Queen in the Queen Mary at Ascot.
STAR OF LADY M brings good form to the table with four wins in her last six efforts.
The latest of her victories was in a small field at Musselburgh in a nursery a week ago. Star Of Lady M should continue in the same frame.
ALL THE TIME showed plenty of promise on her winning debut, scoring a maiden at Nottingham.
She was then pitched straight into the Queen Mary, which didn’t totally suit her.
All The Time has a good turn of speed and this is obviously an easier assignment.
One further one that warrants respect in this field is BEAUTIFUL EYES who does need a little revival.
But she opened her account with back-to-back wins and impressed with a fourth place finish in a Listed contest at York on her penultimate.
She struggled in the Albany Stakes after that, but Beautiful Eyes can’t be discounted.

MUMS TIPPLE is on the shortlist for the World POOL after taking a third place finish at Newmarket earlier this month.
He hasn’t managed a win for a while but comes from a yard that has done well in this race. Mums Tipple stays at the same mark.
THE ATTORNEY is probably going to be another of the big players. He took a course and distance second-place finish last month.
The Attorney was last seen in the Bunbury Cup earlier this month and went very well to take a fifth-place finish.
He comes down in class for this very competitive handicap, which is going to boost his claims.
STOCKPYLE warrants a look as well as he is an exciting colt that is on the up at the moment.
He is seeking a hattrick, which is going to be tough after receiving an 8lb rise. It’s not likely enough to keep him out of the reckoning, however.
Stockpile is thriving at the moment and therefore just can’t be ignored.
This is a wide-open, competitive handicap and it’s going to be a joy to watch. There are plenty of claims elsewhere too.
The unexposed WILD LION and AMOR VINCIT OMNIA are others that are very close to muscling in on the shortlist.
