Will Lady Of Aran win as favorite?
Lady of Aran is a course and distance winner, but not the only one in the field. The Irish challenger will be out in action for the first time since early December when she took a very second second place finish behind Stay Classy at Lingfield. Her Kempton success at this distance happened back in October 2017 at Class 6.
Interestingly she was up against Kwela at Kempton in late October last year and was beaten into third of eleven. Lady Of Aran is looking to build on her most recent win which was at Pontefract over 6f in September. Visionara being well backed
There was decent backing arriving on Sunday for Visionara, a 4 year old who always looks composed and consistent. The last run produced a second place finish at Chelmsford over 7f just earlier this month. Visionara has placed in each of her last three runs now.
She was up against Kwela and Lady Of Aran at Kempton and was fifth in the race behind both of them. Visionara faced Lady Of Arena again in December at Lingfield and was third behind second placed Lady Of Aran. She looks to be improving.
Kwela and Lucyami C&D winners
Along with the favourite, both Lucymai and Kwela have C&D victories under their belt. Kwela, as mentioned, claimed win at Kempton in October last year, beating Lady Of Aran by a neck and Visionara in fifth. A lot of runners in this one are very familiar with each other. Kwela was last out at Lingfield in December where she was fourth behind the two of them, so the tables were turned.
Lucymai has had a long absence. Her last run was in August 2018 when she continued some wonderful form. That was her seventh win from seven trips and looked to be one of the best in the division. Punters will just not know how to handle her however coming back after such a long break. The Others
Exceed Loose is at a new stable and this will be her first run since November last year at San Siro in Italy. She finished last in that contest. Bungee Jump has a decent career of eight races from 6f to 7f. Starlight Romance has won three times over distances between 7f and 1 miles. She was third in her last race which was at Wolverhampton over this 7f distance earlier in January. Irene May is the only one lining up in this race who has never won at the 7f distance before. She ran at Kempton in December over 6f and was 7th of 10.
