It was the two heavy defeats that Shakhtar suffered against Manchester City last season when they met in the group stage. They went down 3-0 at home and then 6-0 in England. But it’s a fresh start for them and they will try again against the English champions. It was just one win the Ukraine Champions picked up in last season’s group stage.
