There is Listed action in play for Friday’s horse racing tips, but it’s eclipsed by the Group 2 Jockey Club Stakes at Newmarket.

SILENCE PLEASE was a third-place finisher the the last time that she was seen, which was in September.
While it has been a while since she has picked up a win, she took a place to finish in three Group level contests last year.
If Silence Please is geared up for her return, then she has some obvious claims to come in this contest.
BARTZELLA scored a good win in a noise contest at Ascot last October and could get in this.
There should be more progress made by Bartzella. But this is a wide-open contest.
However, the filly has good breeding and has won two of three runs so far.
FOLK DANCE hasn’t been seen for a long time now, about a year and a half.
But in 2020 she was nice and progressive in the handicaps and claimed a win on her first attempt at this distance on her final run.
The 19-month break is an obvious concern. Folk Dance is worth watching in the market, however, if she’s fit.

STONE OF DESTINY has given hints that there is something to build on this season, although he’s on a long winless streak.
He was in decent form in a big field at Newmarket a couple of weeks ago, just unable to keep the effort going all the way on a longer trip.
Coming down 1f for Friday’s run, could see him push on from those recent signs of encouragement.
TONE THE BARONE warrants some big respect in this one as he has proven to be as effective on the turf as on the AW.
Tone The Barone is seeking a hat-trick in current form, winning at Lingfield and Wolverhampton.
He’s got a great strike record on the flat and will probably be involved.
CLARENDON HOUSE makes his anticipated return to action on Friday, although he returns at a tough mark in the handicapping.
Clarendon House won four of 6 starts as a three-year-old.
He has a stack of ability, and he will need to unlock more of that potential to defy this mark.

TWILIGHT MADNESS was a runner up on his seasonal appearance which was a handicap at Southwell 55 days ago.
There was progressive form from him last season, winning three of five.
Twilight Madness should be sharper for that return and can get right in this.
MANY A STAR warrants some respect in this one if he can tap into the form he produced on his reappearance.
The lightly-raced 5-year-old was second in a handicap at Windsor in that one.
His follow up was respectable enough in defeat at Windsor, and can pose a threat.
INDIAN CREAK can’t be overlooked in this contest either despite finishing down the file at Windsor on a reappearance 25 days ago.
He is now at the point where he could take full advantage of his drop in the ratings
. With him likely sharper for the reappearance, Indian Creek, who is a course winner, is an interesting proposition.

GUBBASS was fourth two weeks ago on his reappearance run at Newbury in the Greenham Stakes. That was a credible enough return.
There is some good 2-year-old form to look back at from Gubbass and his recent Newbury run should give him a good platform for this.
HONEY SWEET gets the cheekpieces on for the first time after a below-par effort at the course and distance a couple of weeks ago.
She looks a better prospect for that and scored a 6f win at Deauville in her juvenile season.
Honey Sweet is the outside by not a total forlorn hope.
NOBLE TRUTH has clear form and ability on his side. As a 2-year-old he won a Listed effort at Doncaster.
He then produced an even bigger form to take a runner up spot in a Longchamp Group 1.
Noble Truth wasn’t anywhere near as impressive on his reappearance in the Saudi Derby two months ago. A bounce-back performance is not out of the question, however.

ANOTHER BATT is worth a look in this wide 0en handicap run at Newmarket on Friday.
There was a victory for him in October at Doncaster before going into a break.
There was a credible enough run at Musselburgh by him a couple of weeks ago.
But Another Batt looks as if he can be competitive in this kind of fixture if he brings his best.
SHINE SO BRIGHT has some claims in this one as he is a former course and distance winner.
This will be his reappearance but has previous good form fresh.
Shine So Bright is on a long winless streak that goes back to 2019. He’s down 8lb from his last winning mark and carries a 7lb claimer on top. That has to help.
WIZARD D’AMOUR is the final shortlisted selection and he brings the pick of the current form to the table.
He breezed his way to a victory at Catterick 9 days ago and is under a 5lb penalty for that.
He looks a good prospect and has been nothing but consistent for a long time now.

YIBIR has his first run on British solid for the first time this season and he concedes at least 3lb to the rest of the field.
He is rated head and shoulders above the rest of this field and the Breeders’ Cup Turf winner will likely prove to be the one to beat.
Yibir was second on his latest run, which was at Meydan in the Sheema Classic.
His challenge came just a little too late.
LIVING LEGEND seeks a hattrick and he has a very good record on the all-weather.
There was a Kimpton Listed win and he also took Newcastle’s Easter Classic a couple of weeks ago.
This is much tougher, but Living Legend can push on.
WEST END CHARMER makes an appearance for the first time since September.
That was his only run of last year, which was a third-place finish at Goodwood in a Listed effort.
He should be geared up for this coming from a top yard. West End Charmer is worth watching in the market.
