It’s simply three picks from each of those as well as National Hunt selections all the way.

There are a couple of Class 3 fixtures that are the ceiling for Friday.

ALOHAMORA should find this a breeze if the ratings run true. She is well ahead of the other two rivals in this mares’ field.

There was a win for Alohamora on her penultimate run, which was at Fairyhouse in a November chase.

She switched the hurdles for a second-place finish as a follow-up at the same venue.

Alohamora carries a 5lb claimer and she should be right there on Friday.

CHANTING HILL was third at Sedgefield last month and now she returns to her last winning mark.

That latest effort was full of credit. The last win that she took was at Kelso in March last year when she doubled her tally over the fences.

RADDLE AND HUM is 4lb out of the handicap for this one, but can’t be discounted for a probable second-place challenge.

Raddle And Hum has done well the last twice at Wetherby and has now finished third in each of her last three efforts.

It’s been a credible effort in chasing, but she’s unlikely going to have enough to take this.

Tip: ALOHAMORA 5/6

Ones to watch: Chanting Hill 2/1, Raddle And Hum 4/1

DALYOTIN was fourth at course and distance on his latest effort which was three weeks ago.

That was a vast upward swing in his current form. He may have a case in this one if he can build on that latest effort.

MALIBOO has strong claims after taking a victory at Huntingdon a week ago. She stays on the same mark as that.

That was the second attempt over the fences that Maliboo had taken to get her first win under her belt.

She looks versatile enough to expect more to follow after that recent outing.

NO HIDING PLACE looks to be the best of the rest, but that’s not saying a lot because this is a really thin field.

No Hiding Place did win at Carlisle last winter but didn’t show very much at Ayr in January on his latest run.

He may have needed it after having been away for 11 months.

Tip: MALIBOO 10/11

Ones to watch: Dalyotin 4/1, No Hiding Place 9/2

DONLADD should make his presence felt in this contest as he is eased back 2lb.

He looks to still be going in the right direction after a good third at Wetherby four weeks ago in a chase.

There have been hints that Donladd has more to come in this sphere, it’s just waiting for it to happen now.

MASSINI MAN was a runner up at Southwell in January, a good return to form from him.

It’s been a fair while since he got his nose in front, but the form from that race reads well enough to expect a bold effort from him on Friday.

DA VINCI HAND can be a complicated one to follow, but when he gets it right he is more than capable.

There was a victory for Da Vinci Hand on his penultimate race, which was a 2m effort in December. But a poor follow-up at Newcastle sums him up.

Tip: MASSINI MAN 6/1

Ones to watch: Donladd 2/1, Da Vinci Hand 5/2

SUPERVISOR could boss this contest if allowed to have his way. There was an encouraging third-place finish for him at Uttoxeter in December.

That was after a break of 10 months and it was also a chasing debut.

It’s likely the shorter distance on Friday will help bolster his strong claims further.

GETMEGOLD seeks a double after scoring at Exeter 17 days ago. That was on his second chase effort.

Getmegold was well in control of things at the finish in that one.

He has been handed an extra 7lb for Friday but is still expected to be competitive.

SHAW’S CROSS has not won for a fair while now, but there have been recent encouraging signs that he is back in the right frame of mind.

He was second on his chase debut at Ffos Las a month ago.

If he’s anywhere back near that kind of form then Shaw’s Cross may make his presence felt.

CELMA DES BOIS is another to watch for the shortlist in this competitive contest. He won comfortably at Leicester three weeks ago.

There has been a 5lb rise for that success but still is within the range where he is expected to come back in a similar competitive mood.

Tip: CELMA DES BOIS 6/1

Ones to watch: Shaw’s Cross 12/1, Supervisor 9/4

ECEPARTI was the third last time out, which was three months ago. That run was here at Chepstow and the dual chase winner is likely to bring further claims.

He started to slide down the ratings last season but consistently did find himself in the frame.

There may be a chance for Ecerparti to snap his winless streak.

BUTTERWICK BROOK landed a good-spirited win at Wincanton in December to get off the mark over the fences.

He did produce a really poor follow up when he went out at the same venue for a follow up on Boxing Day.

If he can touch on that previous form, he should have a chance.

ASHFIELD PADDY is the final one to get on the shortlist of this contest. On his reappearance, in November he finished runner up at Bangor.

That was without going around cleanly. Then he probably would have been in the places if he hadn’t been brought down at Ffos Las on a follow-up.

Tip: ECEPARTI 17/2

Ones to watch: Ashfield Paddy 13/2, Butterwick Brook 16/1

MANOFMANYWORDS is a former winning pointer and he’s fairly unexposed for being a 10 year old.

Still, there have been competitive efforts from him and he delivered a credible run on his reappearance at Exeter two months ago.

That was on his handicap debut and place claims are there for Friday.

EATON COLLINA took a good second-place finish at Bangor last month, a length behind the winner.

He is unexposed in handicapping, but after only coming up 1lb looks to have enough to find himself back in the frame.

Easton Collina did beat a subsequent winner in that Bangor effort, so should pose a threat.

FIEVEL is worth a look as well in this wide-open contest. A mistake three from home at Haydock scuppered his chances of a win.

But Feivel had been travelling well before then and did score in a Hexham maiden just back in December.

Tip: EATON COLLINA 6/1

Ones to watch: Feivel 8/1, Manofmanywords 13/2
