WINGS OF WAR should feature strongly after looking in great shape with a third place finish last time out.

That was a Deauville Group 3 during which he wore the blinkers for the first time Wings Of War shouldn’t be far away.

VENTURA DIAMOND has been rested up for a couple of months, so should be nicely recharged.

She will be looking for a bounce back after tanking on her reappearance run. But looking back to last season Ventura Diamond ran with credit both at this level and up at Group 3.

JUDICIAL has won the last two editions of this race, so his claims can’t be lightly overlooked.

He has been a little below his best the last twice and needs a fair revival after a low-key trip at Newcastle last time out.

But Judicial goes well at Chester so he piques interest for place claims.

Tip: WINGS OF WAR 3/1

Ones to watch: Judicial 7/1, Ventura Diamond 9/2

FOOLS RUSH IN was a runner-up on his latest effort, which was a good finish at Haydock earlier this month.

There is a top claimer on his back for this one on Sunday.

Fools Rush in had a great previous campaign and that latest run could suggest he’s back in the mood.

YANIFER has been on the up for his current yard and is currently seeking a hattrick.

Around this time last year, Yanifer completed one. His latest victory came on a 7f trip here earlier this month. He is a big player.

MASTER ZOFFANY has had a reappearance run under his belt three weeks ago which should see him sharper here.

A line can be drawn through that Bunbury Cup effort at Newmarket. Master Zoffany picked up a couple of wins early last season and has some claims.

Tip: YANIFER 15/2

Ones to watch: Master Zoffany 14/2, Fools Rush In 9/2

ZEALANDIA is looking to follow up a score in a 12-runner handicap at York 50 days ago.

That was the first run by him for his new yard and he stayed on well in it.

He is in great hands and is recharged from a slightly extended break.

HEART OF SOUL takes a drop in group and therefore warrants a place on the shortlist in this one.

He was seventh on an appearance here last time, which was a bit of a disappointing run.

Heart Of Soul had been going for a hattrick on the day.

He carries a top apprentice and has been refreshed for a couple of weeks so he could be back on track.

WYNTER WILDES is interesting here as she has had a fantastic run of recent form.

Under more suitably aggressive tactics, she picked up a victory in May at Hamilton.

It has been back-to-back runners-up finishes since, one of them at course and distance.

Tip: HEART OF SOUL 12/1

Ones to watch: Wynter Wildes 8/1, Zealandia 7/1

PENCREEK is the odds-on favourite for this contest and is seeking the completion of a hattrick.

He will be under a 7lb penalty on Sunday after a score at Stratford on Thursday. He does carry an inexperienced claimer for this one.

The Stratford score followed a victory at Worcester and he’s been rapidly on the up this year.

DINDIN was a second-place finish at Newton Abbot on Monday, which leaves him still trying to get off the mark on British soil.

But he was very close last time out and he can probably get close again if he shows up in the same kind of mood.

RAECIUS FELIX is the other to get on the shortlist from this small field, as he is trying to snap a long winless streak.

He is eased back 1lb after a runner-up spot at Cartmel in a fairly weak contest last time out. He needs more, but place claims are there.

Tip: PENCREEK 10/11

Ones to watch: Dindin 9/2, Raecius Felix 5/1

KINONDO KWETU makes his first run over the fences under rules but was winning from a point-to-points by him (2 of 2).

Kindondo Kwetu makes his first run of the season here after finishing last term with a score at Stratford.

He was rapidly on the up at the end of the previous campaign and should make his presence felt over the fences.

RAILWAY MUICE has won a couple of times before at Market Rasen in the same conditions, so warrants big respect.

He is on a challenging mark and needs a bit of revival. Railway Muice hasn’t quite been at the levels he was at last season when he won four times (including a course and distance score).

ZOFFALEE has been in the frame in all four runs this season, taking a runners-up spot on each of the last three occasions.

He’s not always the easiest to catch right, but he did show a fair attitude last time out at Southwell in a handicap.

Tip: KINONDO KWETU 5/2

Ones to watch: Railway Muice 5/1, Zoffalee 3/1

MAC SUIBHNE opened the season with a victory, which was on his debut for his current yard.

That was over the hurdles here and was unlucky on a trip at Worcester a couple of weeks ago.

A good claimer helps the bid of Mac Suibhne on the weekend.

LANDEN CALLING opened his season with a victory as well, getting off the mark in April at Uttoxeter.

He has been in much the same kind of form on his two follow-up runs.

Landen Calling’s been in the frame in both and arrives for a yard that is in form.

BELVEDERE BLAST has left an average debut behind to go very well on each of his last three.

The move to the hurdles has seen him come on. There was a victory at Hexham on his penultimate run and took a runners-up spot on his latest here at Market Rasen.

Tip: BELVEDERE BLAST 7/2

Ones to watch: Landen Calling 2/1, Mac Suibhne 11/4
