Today’s horse racing tips have a blend of National Hunt and Flat racing selections from around the UK.
Sedgefield is in focus for the jumps action while Newcastle and Southwell are the venues for the handicap action on the level.

ATOMIC ANGEL could feature in this testing hurdle effort at Sedgefield on Thursday.
She has been raising her status as of late and comes up 5lb after beating 12 others at course and distance a couple of weeks ago.
That’s two wins for Atomic Angel in her last three and looks as if she still has more to come.
AVIOTHIS won this race last year but is 4lb down from that winning margin. That’s because she is badly in need of a revival.
But if she puts it together then she is more than capable of getting in the picture, so there are claims there.
Avithos was last seen two weeks ago on a shorter hurdle effort at Fakenham.
DIAKOSAINT claimed a third palace finish at Bangor on his latest run, which was in January.
That was the best effort that he has produced over the timbers so far. He could have a chance if he builds on it.
BANANA JOE is also worth a look after taking back to back third-place finishes.
He has still yet to get off the mark, but there have been some good enough efforts which suggest that Banana Joe may not be far away.

WHEELBAHRI may be tough to knock over in this contest. He brings winning form to the table after a score at Catterick three weeks ago.
There was a marked improvement in his jumping form in that one, which was a novice handicap.
A 5lb rise has been handed to him, but form from that win has been franked with the runner-up has since gone on to win.
LICKPENNY LARRY could have some claims if he brings his a-game to the table. He isn’t always the easiest to catch right.
There was an encouraging effort from him on his penultimate in which he placed.
He didn’t back it up on his follow up, but he has since been eased further and Lickpenny Lad could have someplace claims.
DONLADD is the other one that gets on the shortlists in this one, even though his jumping hasn’t been the sharpest.
He has won over the hurdles before and put in a credible enough effort for a fourth-place at Catterick earlier this month.
He’s unexposed in this sphere still and comes from a top yard.

COASE has been in fine form for a while now and will likely put together another bold effort. It has been two wins in his last four.
The latest of those was at Chelmsford City earlier this month and he followed up with a runner-up back at the same venue.
NOMAN makes a return after a break of 10 months during which he has been gelded.
If he’s geared up then he could have an impact.
It was the handicap debut for him and won two of his three runs before he went to the break.
There’s a reasonable chance that he could get in the frame on the Tapeta.
IMPERIAL COMMAND is a former course and distance winner. He was at course and distance last time out.
But Imperial Command was down the field in that one with the race not panning out in his favour.
He’s down 2lb from that and is no forlorn hope.

JUDY’S PARK was a runner up in a maiden here at Newcastle on her latest effort. That was just over a week ago.
If this isn’t too soon she could find some further improvement as moves back into some handicap action.
Judy’s Park is on a good mark.
ANOTHER BERTIE has won his last two and will be under a 6lb penalty after a score at Southwell recently.
Both of those wins were at that venue. He is in very good heart at the moment and another bold run for a hattrick bid should be coming.
RAYDOUN may have a chance in this one as he has been fairly competitive recently on the form.
This isn’t that deep of a field, so there are claims there. Raydoun arrives after a 4th of 5th at Southwell a couple of weeks ago.

MAHARASHTRA opened the season with a win, picking straight up where he had left off from the previous campaign.
He barely puts a foot wrong these days and was a runner up at course and distance just three weeks ago.
There’s plenty to like about Maharashtra.
SOARING STAR is another one to be positive about as he claimed a win at the course and distance two weeks ago.
He was bold and powerful in that one and therefore should have a chance at backing it up.
Soaring Star isn’t always in the right mood, but his current form suggests he’s in a good place.
CHASE THE DOLLAR is unexposed on all-weather but took a win here at Southwell 11 days ago.
He was in control of that one all the way and gets 5lb plenty for his winning effort.
The son of Frankel may have more to come.
CATBIRD SEAT has some promise as well in this one after a credible third last time out.
That was in a Lingfield handicap and kept on well in that five. The slight drop in trip could help him out.

LAZYITIS has been bang in form for a while now and she took her game further forwards with a score here at Newcastle three weeks ago.
She had a bit in hand over the runner up (FINE WINE who is involved in this) and while Lazyitis has been given a 5lb rise, that may not slow her up.
NIGHT ON EARTH is worth a look in this one after taking a runner up spot at Wolverhampton in a handicap two weeks ago.
He, unfortunately, bumped into a very talented one in that one up in grade.
So this is calmer waters as his sights are lowered and is a good sprinter.
AIRSHOW opened the seasons with back to back wins and is a former course and distance winner.
The latest of those was in January. He was last seen going at C&D 11 days ago when he took a credible fourth.
He could be involved.
