Today’s Horse Racing Tip

We kick off today’s racing tips with a sprint at Haydock. PRETTY BOY FLY is the one to beat in this one as is the current 5/4 favourite* (betting odds recorded 20:05 GMT on 26th May 2021 at Bet365).

He produced a fantastic run in a handicap at the Curragh last week and should be even better for that experience.

This is a weaker field than he was up against on that latest run, so has to fit the bill for a strong winning run in this one.

The big threat to him is likely to be course and distance winner SOMEWHERE SECRET.

He just had a big return to form out of nowhere so has to be respected as he goes under a penalty for Thursday.

DAN DE LIGHT arrives in some great form as he is looking for a hattrick. It’s been sparkling stuff from him on the all weather this season and he comes up 7lb.

But because we don’t know how that form translates over to the turf we are swinging towards the 10/3 option of TANTASTIC as our horse racing tip* (betting odds recorded 20:05 GMT on 26th May 2021 at Bet365).

He has been let off really lightly by the assessor who moves him up just 3lb. That was after an excellent second at Wolverhampton three weeks ago.

That was a vastly improved run from Tantastic with the cheekpieces on and those are retained. Tantastic was beaten by a length in the contest.

Others with a bit of a chance are HAVAGOMECCA from this mark and HARSWELL PRINCE.

We don’t see this going any other way than a win for BENADALID at 11/8* (betting odds recorded 20:05 GMT on 26th May 2021 at Bet365).

That’s a straightforward horse racing tip for Thursday in our eyes. He returns to action under a 5lb penalty for a recent score, which was over course and distance.

Benadalid looks to have plenty more in him as well after that handicap score. They got the victory by six lengths and the runner up in that contest went on to win over the weekend.

So that form is franked and we see him scoring.

The big threat to him is FISHABLE who was last seen at York, not getting a clear run because of being hampered. He looks the pick of the bunch behind the favourite.

Our horse racing tip is 4/1 shot CHIPOTLE who is unbeaten* (betting odds recorded 20:05 GMT on 26th May 2021 at Bet365).

It has been two wins from two for him. The latest of those victories was on a 5f trip at Ascot a month ago, building on the opening success at the Brocklesby.

Chipotle looked confident having taken the lead to control things well at Ascot. There was a good pace set by him as well.

Principal threats in this one are NAVELLO who has exploded into form winning three on the bounce and is firmly on the up, while HOTLINE BLING opened his account in fine style as well and could offer something from a longer quote.

Today’s Horse Racing Tip

This is a great fixture from Sandown on Thursday and it’s OCEAN WIND who is dominating the market at 10/11 odds-on* (betting odds recorded 20:05 GMT on 26th May 2021 at Bet365).

His latest run was in the Sagaro Stakes in which he found only the astounding Stradivarius too good on the day. That was the third straight runner-up finish for Ocean Wind this season.

He looks built for much bigger things as well and we’ll likely see him contending the Ascot Gold Cup.

With no Stradivarius to oppose him, then it’s reasonable to assume that Ocean Wind is going to get close.

NAYEF ROAD is good enough to have a hand in this one, who was third behind Stradivarius and Ocean Wind at the Sagaro Stakes.

The return of the 2m trip is likely to help him out a bit in this one, after not getting going in the Yorkshire Cup on his latest run.

11/10 shot SANGARIUS is likely going to take some beating in this Group 3* (betting odds recorded 20:05 GMT on 26th May 2021 at Bet365).

He’s a classy performer and in December he picked up a Listed victory at Lingfield. He took a victory over Bangkok in that superb performance.

There was a good positive reappearance run from him three weeks ago, as he claimed 2nd of 4 in the Huxley Stakes at Chester.

Because of that reappearance run, that makes him even harder to beat at Sandown on Thursday.

EXTRA ELUSIVE is good enough to make a big challenge in this one after getting it in the places over course and distance in the Gordon Richards Stakes.

Last summer Extra Elusive claimed a couple of Group 3 wins last summer and the field won’t want to let him get to the front easily.

This is a fairly deep field here with plenty of claims knocking around. RANSOM looks like the 1m trip will suit him and should be a player.

SEMSER is fascinating for his debut run under Gary Moore, which is his reappearance after a good campaign last season in France.

But our horse racing tip is EPIC ENDEAVOUR who is sitting on a hattrick. This is his reappearance and he goes for the first time for a new yard as well.

There was a lot of progress from him last season, winning three times up to the 1m trip. He is very interesting on his reappearance. There is a lot more to come from him.
