We get an exciting novices’ contest over the fences to enjoy as the feature race of Thursday.
Most of the field has a very fair chance in this wide-open renewal.
LITTLE RIVER BAY brings some red-hot form to the table as she brings an unbeaten chasing record to the table.
She has looked supreme in this sphere since making the switch.
Little River Bay opened the season with a novice chase debut score, before scoring on a follow up at Uttoxeter.
The mare demolished the field by 8 lengths in that contest, beating the opposing Clondaw Caitlin. Little River Bay sets the standard here.
THE GLANCING QUEEN looks ready for a good scrap given her current form.
She opened her chasing account at the first time of asking a month ago.
That was in a Listed effort at Bangor. She looks a really handy one for trainer Alan King and there’s more to be unlocked over the fences.
CLONDAW CAITLIN, despite getting torn apart by LIttle River Bay at Uttoxeter a month ago, brings good place claims.
That was her second run of the fences and so she still has progress to offer.
Another that is worth watching in this fascinating race is Irish raider KAPARD who was highly impressive in landing a win on her chase debut at Navan.
That strong performance came just shy of three weeks ago, so she is well tuned up for another big race.
That Navan score was after a break of 10 months so Kapard is fully entitled to come on even further.

JAYTEE may have a say in processing in this one because he looks to have further improvement to come in this sphere.
After a long absence of almost two years, Jaytee returned to action three weeks ago and put in a very encouraging run on his handicap debut at Chepstow. He is worth keeping an eye on.
ITALIAN SPIRIT comes down 1lb from his latest effort, which was here at Warwick last month.
That was a third palace finish on what was his handicap debut.
That followed a very good opening account for the season, picking up a win at Fakenham in a maiden in October.
Form from that race has been franked and so Italian Spirit should have a chance.
GLIMPSE OF GALA is another that has gone well recently. She opened her account for the season with a fall but has responded very well.
Glimpse Of Gala did take a win over the hurdles on her penultimate run, before going close at Market Rasen on her follow up 54 days ago.
This will be the handicap debut for Glimpse Of Gala on Thursday and she could enter calculations.
RABSKI is another that warrants considerations for this shortlist as well. He should fit well over the trip and in the conditions.
The former bumper winner is still looking to get off the mark over the hurdles.
But back to back place efforts at Newton Abbot and Leicester put him in the frame with another competitive run.

It’s another big field that we look at from Warwick on Thursday for horse rain getting.
DOCK ROAD could come from having had his reappearance, which was his chase debut.
Dock Road looked as if he needed that run a month ago. So there could be more to come from him and he did claim a win in an Exeter maiden a year ago over the hurdles.
Former point winner STAROVSKI could have a say in this. On her penultimate run, she claimed a victory in a mares’ novice hurdle back in February.
She went very well on her handicap debut in March as a follow-up, in which she was travelling very well.
This is her first run since then and Stravoksi has had a wind op during her break. Solid claims are there.
NAIZAGAI has produced some solid runs this season, but his winless streak of form is getting longer and longer.
There was a reasonable second place from him a month ago over the fences at Taunton.
If Naizagai can build on that, then he brings claims with the blinkers on for the first time.
TOKAY DOKEY is no forlorn hope of this one. He may well have needed his reappearance at Chepstow last month after a long break.
But he does look as if he has something to offer in the chasing sphere.

ECHO WATT should come for having had his reappearance under his belt. That ended with a fifth-place finish at Lingfield in October.
Echo Watt is 3lb down from his last winning mark, which was at Bangor in January.
The conditions at Warwick are likely to help his bid on Thursday.
PEMBERLEY was second on his reappearance three weeks ago. That was on a chasing debut in a Lingfield handicap.
Pemberley is a lightly raced one, but he has been handed a break by coming down 2lb from that latest run, and he looks to have some promise.
JERMINNIE GREEN brings winning form to the table after scoring three weeks at Chepstow.
That was on her reappearance at Chepstow. There was some very strong jumping form produced by her and she looks in good heart right now.
Another strong run could be coming from her.
OUR IDIC BOY may have enough to get involved if he can take his hurdles form over to the fences.
There was a victory over the timbers for Our Idic Boy last month followed by a hurdles trip at Ludlow. He is 4lb out of the weights by has place claims.

This looks like being a wide-open contest and OSPREY CALL could be ready to get heavily involved in this one.
He was travelling very well at Newbury last month, before going down three from home.
That’s not enough to dismiss his chances in this one.
ROYAL PRETENDER cannot be dismissed either as he has found some top form this season. It’s won two of three appearances.
The latest of those was at Plumpton in November and he very nearly secured the hattrick on a run at Wincanton three weeks ago.
Royal Pretender stays at the same mark and has a big shout.
GETALEAD comes up 5lb and he is thriving at the moment. He completed a hattrick three weeks ago, landing a rapid-fire hattrick with a score at Ascot.
Getalead is bold and competitive and will likely go well again.

NICKOSLON may be hard to get the better of in this one as he looks to be a good fit for this sphere.
He was second over the fences on his debut in this sphere four weeks ago at Warwick.
The cheekpieces are retained and he looks as if he can build on that first experience over the fences. That Warwick run was his reappearance.
NIETSCHZE lowered his sights for this one and he could have a chance to get himself back on track on Thursday.
He has been useful in this sphere before, and he needs a big bounceback performance having had a really bad day at the office at Cheltenham on his latest run four weeks ago.
Nietzsche refused in that one, but should be capable if he finds a revival.
QUOI DE NEUF is another to consider for the shortlist in this contest. He made a nice return to some kind of form on his reappearance.
It was a fourth-place finish at Fakenham three weeks ago from him, a clear step back in the right direction.
GALJOU had a pleasing appearance over the hurdles a month ago. That could suggest that he can raise some kind of challenge.
So too the consistent ROMANOR who hasn’t been out of her top three in any of his last six efforts.
