DESARAY GIRL was last seen in action just a week ago when she picked up a victory at Ayr.
She made the most of a reduced mark to land that one as she went back to the hurdles.
She is even lower in the weights now for this handicap effort and therefore Desaray Girl warrants respect.
MERRY MISTRESS got off the mark in this sphere back in November with a score at Hereford.
That was quite the eye-catching run and she has followed up well in defeat the last twice. Merry Mistress should have a chance from her current mark.
LADY TREMAINE has won two of her last three runs, most recent in a novice contest two weeks ago.
She has looked better since moving into handicapping and having had the cheek pieces applied to. The handicapper may not have quite caught up with Lady Tremaine just yet.

FONTANA ELLISSI should be a strong player in this one as he comes up 5lb for having landed a win at Ffos Las three weeks ago.
That was the first run for a new yard and he still looks to be on a handy mark. This is a tougher contest though.
LANGER DAN was a runner up the last time that he was seen, which was in the Martin Pipe at the 2021 Cheltenham Festival.
Before that run, Langer Dan had scored at Sandown in the Imperial Cup.
There’s an obvious 11 month absence that he needs to shrug off, but place claims could be there as connections will look for some encouragement ahead of a return to Cheltenham.
ZAMBEZI FIX has made a decent impression in this sphere the last two times and has handicapping potential.
He has taken runner-up finishes in Sandown handicap in his last two efforts over the hurdles. The conditions look right for him on Tuesday.

ESPRIT DE SOMOZA took a credible enough third place finish a month ago at Wincanton.
He had scored at that venue in his previous run when he made the most of a falling mark.
Esprit De Somoza has looked in decent shape over the fences this term.
PREMIUMACESS should be much better for having gotten a reappearance run under his belt two weeks ago.
That was an appearance at Fontwell after a break of 11 months. He hasn’t added to his chase tally since getting off the mark in 2020, but is down 2lb and could have a say in things.
LARKBARROW LAD was a runner up at Wincanton on his latest run, which was a month ago.
That was an effort in which he had the blinkers on for the first time. While he was nowhere near the winner on the day another solid effort could be coming up.

QUEEN OF THE COURT won her penultimate run, which was the second effort for her over the fences.
That win was here at Taunton, so she should be a reasonable horse racing betting pick on her return. She was third at Huntington from 10lb on her latest.
DOYANNIE is a solid one and was a runner up at Exeter on her latest run five weeks ago.
That was a chase debit and her return from a break. So she is entitled to come from that one and looks a good fit.
CARO DES FLOS had a poor run on his latest which was at Southwell 50 days ago.
He had been in decent shape before that however, including getting off the mark in June last year and following up with a couple of good runs.

PETIT TONNERRE could be one of the stronger horse racing picks of the day on Tuesday.
He is the clear highest-rated runner in these small feet and has won his two efforts so far. Those were both juvenile hurdle events.
The handicapper has been straight on him and Petit Tonnerre will probably be going to the Triumph Hurdle afterwards.
SERIOUS EGO is tough to catch on the right day because he does have the most experience of all these runners.
The last win that he took was in January 2021 when he delivered a handicap win from 2lb lower.
If he can find that kind of form, he could have a chance but there is just no guarantee.
PRESUMING ED found only a very useful rival too good for him at Leicester on his latest run.
It is two from two over course and distance for Presuming Ed. It’s more than likely that he will go well again and look like the big threat to the favourite.

RADETZKY MARCH will be under a 7lb penalty as he shows up at Market Rasen on Tuesday afternoon.
He will be seeking a hattrick. Radetzky March has looked a revelation since moving to the fences and can make his presence felt.
Those latest wins of his were at Fakenham and Leicester and he got both of them done in excellent fashion.
VOYAGE DE RETOUR needs a bit of a revival after back to back below-par runs.
There have been a couple of decent chase efforts this season, but has not looked quite as sharp as of late.
The latest of his runs was over the hurdles, so makes the switch back to the fences. The cheekpieces are thrown at Voyage De Retour as well.
EDMOND DANTES is the other shortlisted one in this fairly thin field. He was fourth at Newcastle last time out.
He had been well backed in that one, but didn’t really stick to the task too well.
Edmond Dantes moves to the fences for the first time.
