EXIT TO WHERE took a good second place finish in a handicap chase at Carlisle 17 days ago.

She was well clear of anyone behind her on the day.

Exit To Where scored this race last year and is only up 1lb from her latest effort.

IMPERIAL SACHIN’S had a decent return to action after a break of five months when he showed up at Clonmel three weeks ago.

Imperial Sachin took fourth of fourteen in that one. He showed some nice progress in that.

He has to enter calculations as he’s 10lb down from hurdles efforts last season.

HEREDITARY RULE could find himself involved as he looks to follow up a win recorded three weeks ago.

That was at Clonmel and a comfortable victory was for him as well.

This is his handicap debut and Hereditary Blue is also taking on a much bigger trip.

But Hereditary blue is well worth a look if his stamina for it is there.

Tip: EXIT TO WHERE 4/1

Ones to watch: Imperial Sachin’s 11/4, Hereditary Rule 5/2

RUN FOR PAT looks to be the way to go in this one as he comes from a top yard which generally goes well at Ayr.

Run For Pat steps into handicapping for the first time and is pushed up further in trip.

He was making steady progress in maiden hurdles and could feature.

COURT DREAMING is a good consistent performer, although he didn’t quite find a top effort from this same mark last time out.

There was a victory for Court Dreaming on his penultimate run under this rider.

A stronger effort could see him get in it.

STONEY ROVER is the final selection after running into a health issue when last seen.

That was a course and distance effort 77 days ago.

Stoney River had been aiming for a double there after scoring at Newcastle. He’s worth a look.

Tip: RUN FOR PAT 9/4

Ones to watch: Court Dreaming 7/2, Stoney Rover 11/2

COOPER’S CROSS was in good shape at the end of last year, claiming a win at Sedgefield and a good runner up spot to follow.

He was last seen at Sedgefield in January where nothing went right for him and he was pulled up.

The break may have freshened up Coopers’ Cross nicely ahead of this one, so could have a fair shout.

CABOY showed good form three weeks ago taking a runner-up spot here at Ayr on a longer trip.

While he is looking for his first win for his yard, he looked a little sharper after a wind op.

Caboy comes down 1lb and rates as a danger.

ARDERA CROSS won a couple of times earlier this year, including a score here at Ayr in a 2m handicap.

That was the sixth track success for Ardera Cross. He has been a little off his game since then.

But with a further slide in the weights, he is capable of pulling something out.

Tip: CABOY at 5/2

Ones to watch: Cooper’s Cross 5/2, Ardera Cross 11/1

DEBDEN BANK claimed a victory at Southwell when he saw off some decent rivals at a course he clearly thrives at.

That saw Debden Bank take a step back in the right direction.

He’s been refreshed for four weeks since then and comes up 5lb which doesn’t look too harsh.

HAVANA HERMANO was a third-place finish when last seen three weeks ago, which was over the hurdles.

On the move back to the biggest stuff he is well worth a look.

Havana Hermano was in top shape around this time last year and warrants respect for a winning yard.

TOMMIE BEAU comes up 3lb after finding a winning touch at Plumpton his last run.

That was a month ago and he is from a leading yard.

Tommy Beau has claimed a win at Fakenham before and is worth a place on the shortlist.

SUPREME ESCAPE is one final extra selection for the Norfolk National on Tuesday.

He took a fine score with a perfect show of stamina to land Catterick’s North Yorkshire National earlier this year.

He’s only up 1lb from that having not found the same kind of form the last twice.

Tip: HAVANA HERMANO 8/1

Ones to watch: Supreme Escape 9/1, Tommie Beau 6/1

LATINO FLING looks the pick of the bunch in this handicap hurdle action at Sedgefield.

She has just been a perfect match for her new yard, racking up a couple of wins and not having been outside of the places in six efforts.

There was a third place finish for Latino Fling on her latest, which was at Carlisle at this same mark. Latino Fling sets the standard.

GUIDEDBYTHESCIENCE is down 2lb and not out of the picture in this contest as she has shown glimpses of promise.

Following another wind op, Guided By The Science was fourth here at Sedgefield a couple of weeks ago. Eased in the weights, she’s no forlorn hope.

DESARAY GIRL has winning form at Sedgefield, swearing twice from four previous runs at the venue.

She does need a big bounce back after struggling the last twice since taking a C&D win in March from 3lb lower.

The return to Sedgefield could be the tonic.

Tip: LATIONO FLING 6/4

Ones to watch: Guided By The Science 5/1, Desaray Girl 10/1

BALLYCORR has had a decent spring and will be looking to take things a little further forward.

The blinkers are on for the first time for him and Brian Hughes hops into the saddle. Ballycorr was fourth in a Warwick chase at 3m last month.

GOING MOBILE is one to watch to see where the betting goes, because a recent C&D reappearance runs should have sharpened him up.

There is still potential there in handicap for him, especially now on a career-low mark.

Going Mobile just needs to find his range and clear rivals in this race are thin on the ground.

WAKE UP EARLY claimed a win at Fakenham in March on a longer trip than this one.

He is 3lb higher and needs to sharpen up his jumping game a bit.

The two-time Chase winner was third over course and distance 25 days ago on his latest.

Wake Up Early was well beaten in that one, but place claims have to be there in this weak field.

Tip: BALLYCORR 9/4

Ones to watch: Wake Up Early 10/3, Going Mobile 7/1
