Today’s horse racing tips are from Worcester, Salisbury and Carlisle as we mix things up from the flat and over the jumps.
The big race highlight of the day is the Fillies’ Listed Eternal Stakes from the latter venue.
That’s where we start the day’s best racing tips.

OSCULA should be a strong contender in this one after taking a big step forward this year.
She was a runner up on her latest effort, which was in a listed contest at Epsom three weeks ago. That was a run after a break.
Oscula did have a good time as a juvenile last year. She was nice and consistent and landed a Group 3 over in France.
SNOOZE N YOU LOSE has made a fine start to life as a three year old and there could be more to come.
She opened the season with a runner up spot in May. Then she improved further to take a Listed score at Musselburgh earlier this month.
So Snooze N You Lose goes to Carlisle with some excellent form under her belt and rates as a big danger.
ATOMIC LADY had excuses last time out on a York handicap run, and it was her reappearance effort.
She should be better for that at least. Atomic Lady’s form as a juvenile certainly reads a lot better than that.
Atomic Lady ended the previous campaign with a place finish in a Ripon Listed contest. She’s worth a look.

ELIOS D’OR picked up a win on his latest run, putting in a fine effort with a score at Ludlow a month ago.
That was a big return to form because he had gone off the boil for a while.
Last summer Elios D’Or made a big impact at Worcester
He took a couple of course and distance wins, and that recent spin at Ludlow suggests that he is back in the mood finally.
ACROSS THE LINE is another with decent form and he could play a big part in his one.
He does have top weight to contend with, but Across The Line will be helped by a 7lb claimer.
With four wins from seven chase starts, Across The Line warrants some respect.
He won a hunter’s on his penultimate before a decent follow up at Newton Abbot 12 days ago.
TEXARD is another one to watch for this contest if he can get in a nice clean round.
He has four chase wins under his belt. Texard’s fairly consistent and reliable but his jumping wasn’t great last time out.
That was third place finish at Aintree in a field of four. It was a first run for his new yard, and is well worth another chance.

TOPOFTHECOTSWOLDS was a faller on his reappearance last time out.
It was a heavy fall at Fakenham too, as he went down three from home.
If there are no issues from that, then he should be a solid contender.
He was travelling well before then and Topofthecotswolds is very nicely handicapped.
SOLDIER OF LOVE takes a drop in distance which makes him very interesting. On his latest effort he scored at 3m 2f.
So this is a sizable drop but there is no guarantee that it will translate over into his handicap return.
Soldier Of Love hasn’t been anywhere near his prolific 2020 form, but he’s from a top yard with a top jockey to boot.
VIA DOLOROSA has finished as the runner-up on the beach in his last three runs. Another decent effort should be expected therefore.
Earlier this year he did win a couple of handicaps on slightly longer trips.
Via Dolorosa is in decent form, but does he have the extra spark to get his nose in front?

COAL STOCK completed a hattrick last time out after scoring in a Fontwell handicap 41 days ago.
That’s two from two for his new yard and Coal Stock hasn’t got his jumping game altogether quite yet either.
He is thriving right now, but the handicapper has been after him with an 8lb rise.
That makes this tougher, but he smartly keeps his 5lb claimer from last time out.
NAZWA is seeking a hattrick after showing some excellent progressive form this season.
It’s been back to back handicap hurdle wins for him since his return to action. There has been plenty of promise by him over the hurdles.
Nazwa takes on some experienced ones here, but could be helped out by his weight allowance at least.
GAELIK COAST takes a drop in grade and therefore could run his way into the picture. He’s still a useful one.
His reappearance run at Aintree was well below his best over the fences.
Gaelik Coast looked a bit sharpener on a move to the hurdles for his follow up, so is no forlorn hope here.

AL AZHAR gets a big 8lb rise after collecting a victory in a Newbury handicap a couple of weeks ago.
That’s two wins in three runs that he has put together this year. He’s clearly on the up at the moment.
This is only a small field and a competitive one, but Al Azhar should still be heavily involved.
FIRST OFFICER is a player as he looks ready to tackle this longer trip and break his maiden.
There was a good amount of progress shown by him with a fourth at Sandown on his handicap debut 12 days ago.
First Officer never got a clear run to the finish in that one, or else it could have been better. There’s plenty of promise there.
SUPERSTARS was eight on his latest run and does need a bit of a bounce back.
He is still a maiden. His form as a 3 year old hasn’t quite hit the promise of what he was showing as a juvenile.

Race Type: Class 2

LAREDO could show prominently in this one after a credible fifth at Epsom last time out in a big field.
That was three weeks ago around a similar kind of distance. Laredo slides back 1lb and carries a 5lb claimer.
ROUSAY isn’t without a chance in this after getting in the frame in both runs this season.
The most recent was a third place finish at Goodwood a month ago. He looks like he still has more to bring to the table.
DUBAI MIRAGE was a runner up at Nottingham last month and with form from that race franked, he could be a threat.
Dubai Mirage had given 6lb to the winner of that Nottingham race and could be worth a look.
That’s three second-place finishes in four runs this year.
Victories are still evading Dubai Mirage but he looks certain under these conditions to make a bold bid.
MORGAHOM is unexposed as he comes onto the racetrack for just the third time.
He picked up a win on debut in April, which was at Newbury.
The follow up was a third place finish at the same venue.
He’s interesting although handicapper hasn’t been too lenient to Morgahom on his debut.
